it's definitely a grower, give it a few more listen, u'll found out how good this song actually is. first listen i was like "what was that? the chorus is a meh, and that's too short" but then it turned out to be "wow, this song arrangements is a pure genius" it makes you think it's short because it has no bridge but it's already a 3.30 minutes. a pure production genius.

I think despite being new Zuu handled pre chorus surprisingly good.
I think so too. From two new member, I think Zuu was the one handled her parts brilliantly, her voice suits that part nicely. Minji's handling for the chorus is kinda weak, but since I heard her singing bautifully in DIL, now it kinda gives me impression that it was supposed to be Denise's part initially and Minji would handle 2nd chorus with Dita--so the first chorus is just something like last minute assignment for her.
Ikr. Zuu's vocal caught me off guard. Singer material indeed.

I think Secret Number songs from the very beginning is good, but lack of complexity in the structure? Maybe because their songs more like oldies vibes? Many other songs recently have that complexity, like drop-antidrop, slow-fast tempo, unique sounds and instruments. But yeah maybe because the colour of Secret Number is a bit oldies.
I'm actually upset because my ultimate bias doesn't participate in this comeback, but I'm surprised that they still sound so good. So many surprises in this song. Dita and Soodam rap?? Jinny's two full verse raps?? The two new members also sound good and fit the group. It's not the best mixing, but the song itself for me is the best Secret Number Song so far. I can immagine how the song sounds like with Denise powerful voice in it. And the B-side track as well! Jinny solo wrote the song. Let's support the new Secret Number. And also Denise whatever she's doing now.
Bro you need to hear Jinny rap because what she has done as secret number is nothing compared to her solo and yg era stuff she is a rapper rapper self composing and writing hearing she improved from who dis to got that boom no the song improved she was always able to rap ever since her yg days that’s why she was in the predebut blackpink lineup with idle miyeon and the rest of blackpink
Despite their repetitive part of the lyrics 'welcome to my world' i think they did pretty good. They are kpop group anyway so a bit mainstream isnt bad. But the highlight is the variation of their voice tone. It's like no other gg ever done. Of course if denise is coming back the diversity would be very very rich. To me this is a bit of an adjustment due to the absence of denise. All member got their lines. But jinny, dita and soodam stand out more than others. I think in every comeback they wanna do something else.. so whether this concept suits them well or not or maybe previous ones do better, it's all depends on our own personal taste..
Yes, They have a very variation range of Vocal Tone, that the other GG don't have

Minji has participated in Produce 101 and 48, has sung the OST song in the Korean drama for the drama 'Triple Some 2' and the song is titled 'I Talk, You Smile' in a duet with Baek Myung Han. and recently Minji was involved as a composer and arranger in making OST songs in Korean dramas as well (JTBC drama, wrote the song White Day, for the fictional group cotton candy), released November 1, 2021. Minji hobbies are singing, dancing, playing the piano, acting , and she is also enrolled in the Berkeley College of Music, USA. For zuu his real name is Ji Yeoung Ju, originally from South Korea. Zuu used to join Artone Adacemy, then went to W Dance Studio and then became a trainee for a long time at Vine entertainment before joining Secret Number. Zuu is good at dancing and singing

I think Picking this concept in this era is too risky, at first I a was afraid but then the song turned out good, and I love it, while all other groups look more into hip-hop nowadays, but they're bringing back 2nd generation kpop vibes, and it's a fresh air for me, it made them different than the other, they're grown more better.
