As far as Indiana goes you can tell things from the plate. It won't let you find out their address but it can narrow it down to what county they are from. I live in Indiana so that's how I know.

Am asking what You all are doing, about this situation and if You may be involved with a joint effort of RPM Act support, legal opposition to EPA interpretation, use, misuse, abuse of Clean Air Act, or perhaps the strongest position of prevention of the EPA's current interpretation or abolishing the original Legislation as Unconstitutional? [as the recent success in California of the Federal Court Judge who decided and rules for the plaintiffs against decades old ban on AR rifles as Unconstitutional (as all arms limitation, restriction, etc., legislation clearly are violations of the US Constitution Second Amendment). In addition, the other Four States in which the plaintiffs had success with their Federal Court Judge decisions and ruling against their Governors' Authoritative Orders as Unconstitutional, violations of the First Amendment and some also cited the Fourteenth Amendment (which my thoughts applies to the Federal Clear Air Act or at least the current EPA interpretation, use, misuse and abuse, which treats these particular businesses differently, along with the Ninth Amendment, which states the Federal Government does not have the power to limit anything not specifically stated within the Constitution, thus left to each State. Fit… yes it’s not much larger physically. It’s not needed on a stock cube street setup though it would drive like crap. The F1A-94 is perfect for street and track use.
It's not about the plate number! I never understood why people block them in photos. I'd take mine off because I don't want the EPA or a damn asshole cop showing up at my house writing me a ticket to re-inspect my vehicle because RPM UA-cam channel deleted my oem converters! LOL I take it off at the track becuase if I crash everyone including my insurance company will know it's me then I can't say I got ran off the road!
1. The EPA is not coming to your house. 2. They do not know how or what you use the vehicle for. 3. Even if they saw the car on a UA-cam video that does not give them grounds to prosecute you. - As far as the track goes I get that aspect, but even taking your plate off and then lying about how you wrecked it is insurance fraud and you have bigger things to worry about.
Talk to the guys in the diesel truck world about having the epa literally show up in their driveway sporting fines after the owners did video's of their truck and talked about where they bought their tunes and mods. Literally killed the diesel truck tuning market and providers. With this administration I wouldn't be surprised to see them target shops and customers like you. I don't agree with it, just saying...

Already a few performances and tuning shops got a knock on there door earlier this year, so much over reach going on since January.
PFI just put out a video today they got fined majorly. Check it out
