I think you should knit up the Daphne in plain vanilla sock, or one of Homespun House's skeins because I want to see how they'll knit up in stockinette! I think the Sassy String one would pool a lot. Blush Yarn's Cappuccino should be used with a pattern like your Lumos or could almost be a new design - a Butter Beer pattern color.
