I used our bisibelebath pudi and didnt include navilu kolu. But the preparation outcome taste was more than the taste of the restaurant. I remembered my grandma way of doing it. Thanks ree for showing the procedure.

Raji Akka, Nimage hrudayatpurvaka vandanegalu. Being a traditional non-vegetarian, I keep scouting UA-cam to learn non-vegetarian dishes. During one such browsing session, I chanced upon your video of Bisi Bele Bath recipe and my my, followed your recipe to the T and the result was amazing. Being a Bangalorean, grown up there and settled in Mumbai for a decade and half, have always missed our traditional Kannada dishes, since I grew up all my life in Basavanagudi amongst my vegetarian friends.
My kids surprised me by making a complete wipeout!!!. Your recipe is very simple and the result was.... wish you could have tasted... but nevertheless, I personally enjoyed and got the taste which was reminiscent of the authentic Bisi Bele Bath.
