- In this brief guide I show you my personal methods I discovered for completing the latest expedition in No Mans Sky without holding your hand and ruining the whole thing!

The wiggling large worm larvae the pop up out of the ground have nanite rich drops. Pick up anything that drops and try to refine it, 50 per item adds up quickly when each worm gives you 2 or 3 items (some you pick up, and some you auto-collect when they die).
This was really useful for someone trying to get this done with only a week left. Cheers
No worries dude, hope you get it done!
Down to the last 8 or so tasks/2 phases. Have watched several "complete expedition 13 quick" videos and this is the most useful...would have saved my ADHD squirrel-chasing butt a crapton of time.
As a fellow ADHD squirrel chasing butt this is the best comment I have received 😂 glad the video helped!
I found someone had a runaway mold base in the teleporter and mined all of the curious deposits there a few times to get thousands of runaway mold that I could then put into a refiner for nanites. That's how I not only did that quest, but also got enough to copy over my multitool and ship from my main save.
Damn that’s a hell of a find
Sped up my expedition massively!
Glad this helped! More vids will be coming soon :)
One easy way to get 1600 nanites is to scan all creatures on planets. The bonus is often enough to complete the objective in one shot. I don't recommend spending a lot of time on hard to find creatures, but a few of the early planets aren't hard to complete. Remember to collect the bonus nanites in the discovery tab.
Good shout!
It doesn’t apply to this expedition but my best way to collect lots of nanites is to go to outlaw systems and buy tech and weapons packets. Opening them gives black market tech that often sells for 350 nanites each. It means with a couple mil units you can easily get 10-20k nanites after just like 15 mins of moving between outlaw systems and buying them out.
I’ll keep this in mind for the next one 😀
Cheers. I hate losing my signal booster too. 😂😂
Honestly you’d think you’d remember after the fifth time 😂
Hi
Hello 😀
