    So are you working a row of container loaders? At my plant, most of the regulars are hard workers, but they tend to be pretty unfriendly. And they like to be bossy too without asking what you already know.

      It looks like it's a norm to be a bad person. Btw, I'm leaving Los Angeles because I can't no longer afford to pay my rent and bills. I also need a break so my body will heal. I will make another video to say goodbye.

    You’re a sweetheart and a hard worker. Your videos helped me so much starting out with USPS. It’s good to see you and I hope you are continuing to do well. ❤

    MHA of 1 month here. I’m disappointed in the hours I’m getting. All MHA’s are working 6 days a week with 6 hr days. They only guarantee 4 hr days but so far we’ve been averaging 6, sometimes 5. The pay is not good, I could make more as a fast food worker. The work is tough on the body and 1 day off is not enough, many lazy co workers and miserable regulars who resent the newbies. Not sure how long I’ll stick around, 24 mos. Is too long to have to work 6 days a week. ☹️

      Don't give up yet, change your craft to "custodian", it's a fixed 8 hrs/day and 5 days a week, you have the benefits of a permanent employee, and you get increase every six months.

    USPS POSTAL THEFT!
    Sept 6, 2023. I mailed at the USPS office, 2000 McDoungh Ave, Joliet, IL. Main customer service counter, second window from right. I had three pieces of mail, each pre stamped with US Postage stamps of a happy birthday stamp, a celebrate stamp and a 4 cent stamp (I mail same type cards and have been informed I need a 3 or 4 cent stamp to add so I just affix anyway to ensure I have enough postage) each pieces of mail contains a musical birthday card in a colored envelope. And the envelope flap is initialed and scotch taped close.
    The lady weighted the pieces of mail and verified it fit through the usps envelope gauge card and confirmed postage was good informed that I only needed the two forever stamps was needed, she hand cancelled the affixed postage, accepted the three envelopes and placed in In her sort box beside her. She was very professional and pleasant.
    One of the cards mailed to a son-in-law was delivered to a Pennsylvania address.
    Two cards separate envelopes mailed to Edmond, Ok. For two Great Grandsons who’s birthday where days apart were never delivered. I have contacted the usps post office and brushed off to file a missing mail request online, which I did and no response back. I latter found a USPS postal inspectors online theft request and filed a request of list stolen mail which I received a email after submitting giving a case number and no response.
    Just last Friday I mailed two addition cards from a usps Grand Rapids post office, same birthday cards to other family members and both pieces of mail undelivered.
    What is going on with all the postal theft, and with today’s technology and cameras aren’t the postal inspectors policing their own from stealing from the public that funds them through taxes and again in a tax stamp postage to mail.
    Arrest the thieves and deliver our mail as we trusted you to do!

    the way u arre explaining ur items, it just seems like the usps wants to get rid of u, but u r holding out or r not a very good grunt worker and they need to get rid of u, think about it, maybe u need to go back to ur former job at Sillycon Valley, maybe u would be happier, work life balance, when did u become a supervisor, u said u were in charge of ur section, u r not in charge of any section, that is ur supervisors job, u r there to do the grunt work, that is all.

      One of the supervisor coerced me to resign with the threat of firing so I quit. The other supervisor hired me back the same week in her department because she knows I'm a hard worker. So everyday, I see the sup that want to fire me because it's the same plant different department. She got demoted because another employee reported her to the plant manager that she's cruel to new workers. So now she's only an MHA and she loads mails and parcels in the truck in my section. Actually, I had no hard feelings towards her. The universe put her back in place. Btw, I'm leaving Los Angeles because I can't no longer afford to pay my rent and bills. I also need a break so my body will heal. I will make another video to say goodbye.

    this is depressing. You need some supervisors with enough brains to fix the crowding problems at lunch time, stagger breaks, create break spaces closer to work stations. This is a job, not slavery. Stand up for yourselves and demand decent conditions.

    Hello. Can you take water with you to your designated area? I have orientation next month for MHA. Do you also get a locker to put your belongings? Can you carry phone with you?

    • @MarieAdventure
      @MarieAdventure  Рік тому

      Just bring a small bag and put a bottle water in it. You can bring your phone, just don't use it during the orientation because it will disrupt the session.
