I know that because I am a dance teacher, but I’m gonna give you a really good piece of advice, you need to not do readings for a while, you need to rest your voice and rest your vocal cords otherwise you wind up in an operating room and it’s a long recovery to get back your vocal cords/voice take a break at least a two week break from talking I hope you feel better.
