I don’t think it’s as bad as some people think, but the whole one might stand with Daredevil was so classic she hulk lol she literally slept with every MCU hero in the comics lmao and their chemistry was spot on.
It got dramatic at the end, not real. It's still a fictional show. :) If you meant the doxxing her, it's been doing that for a while so it didn't "get" real, it's been real.
Like he was so quick to say X-Men are finally in the MCU with the theme appearing in Ms Marvel but can’t accept that the DD theme in She Hulk indicates it’s the same version form the Netflix series.
I don't understand what John is expecting from She-Hulk... it's not a laugh track sitcom that has "jokes" every min... besides... with how he's laughing at the twerking and walk of shame scenes... this type of comedy isn't for him... he prefers like the cringey "Scary Movie" type of things. and what's wrong with the ending? I thought it was good. She was about to "hulk-out" with rage and the episode ended with a cliffhanger. John's already biased about this show because "it doesn't make him laugh" so no matter what it does now, he's gonna hate it.
He’s always thinks in these strict black and white ways that’s so frustrating lol He could be enjoying a show for seasons and because of one trivial thing he can’t get past he’ll drop it. She Hulk was always a show about a woman with super powers more than it was a straight comedy.
Except you're incorrect. It's a comedy. The lines of dialogue and action are written such that it's supposed to evoke laughter frequently. They're just not John's type of humour.
Regarding if this is the same Matt from Netflix here’s what the official marvel website says “While the character was teased earlier in the season, he’s finally reintroduced to audiences in Episode 8 of Marvel Studios’ She-Hulk - and he’s very much the same Matt Murdock audiences have come to know and love over the years, once again played by Charlie Cox returning to the role” Make of that as you will.
This episode was awesome and good I love daredevil but that ending cliffhanger was like what nooo. Also Sokovia accords are repealed and she hulk went rage mode like hulk.
I don't see how them using the Netflix Daredevil theme song isn't a big deal other than it was a cool moment. This MCU Daredevil is faster, more agile, durable and possibly stronger. He moves like the comic book version.
Matt Murdock and DD are finally home in the MCU! The walk of shame was fantastic. My criticism of this entire show is what this episode pointed out - Matt is "a very good lawyer " and Jennifer has been portrayed as just an OK lawyer. This was supposed to be a lawyer show. I'm disappointed and feel the writing hasn't been all that great for majority of this season.
Agreed - I do wish they would've showcased Jen Walters as a better lawyer in the actual courtroom. Female lawyer of the year didn't feel earned. As much as it was cheesy to have the other female lawyers win "female lawyer of the year", I could totally see it if the bar was what we saw in the show.
I loved Charlie, but I see why vfx artists fucking hate Marvel, there was no reason to have a rubbery cg Daredevil, other than to torture them. Cox can do the stunts.
@@YC_001 Nah lol The flip through the collapsing parking lot or flipping down the side of the garage 100% had to be CG. The fights were practical and that’s all I care about.
The whole fight scene was useless. Daredevil knows Jen, leap frog and Luke. Jen doesn't like frog dude and wants a dress from the person that's been kidnapped. Why would Matt fight a Hulk? I guess to get unmasked? And torture the VFX artists.
@@LostUtopiaFilms 30 episodes on Netflix attest you can pull off Daredevil without cg. You didn't HAVE to do that shot, I don't see a million fan videos demanding a rubber Murdock making that specific jump.

the fight was a JOKE. Is anyone gonna sue SheHulk for all the damage she caused? What did she think would happen to Daredevil had she hit him with the car she threw at him? They are right. Take Daredevil out and this episode was what I expected this show to be and why I was looking forward to it. And they're right again, my favourite episodes were this one and the first one
It says a lot, when the two best episodes were "guest star" episodes. I don't know She-Hulk from the comics, but this show has done it's main character a massive disservice. Even if it's an original character created for a show, then that character still should be made into the best part of the show. And throughout the series, Jen has been treated as a secondary character, and has been sidelined as an afterthought. It has taken eight episodes for her to become a super hero, and even then she has to be talked into it by a guest star.
Why do y’all like it so much? It’s not funny, she-hulk has no values or self-esteem, it’s had basically no plot for 6 episodes, it dwells in between unrealistic themes, definitely not a kids show, doesn’t set a good example, it has had only 1 good lawyering episode (this one) and only because of Matt cuz she definitely didn’t even ask about the jet fuel before and just looked like a dummy… it’s not good in any way, shape or form… even the CGI sucks, looks like Shrek from 20 years ago
@@SgtJuls Her having a low self esteem doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad. It’s part of her character that she struggles with. Also, this show isn’t suppose to “show” a good example? I thougth what john said was funny, I pointed out what was said, if he didn't think it was funny, no need to respond. I'm not saying John's bad nor dumb nor inconsistent...in fact, I didn't demean him in anyway. I just thought it was funny what he said, and I pointed it out. No biggie. And anyone who's going to get truly angry on what's written online, espcially by my comment which was not meant in a mean spirited way, (I just thought it was funny), but if anyone is going to get truly angry about what's written here maybe probably shouldn't be online. @@MrBrock314 PS:I just watched Empire a couple days ago and that line was stuck in my head. LOL
“I don’t like the show, I’m not going to review anymore” one week later… here’s a review but it’s justified because I don’t like the ending of the episode 🤷🏻♂️
He literally said they'd revisit it when Daredevil came back...
@@MrBrock314 he said it’s meant to be a comedy that he doesn’t find funny and he’s tapped out and won’t give it any more time… I love his reviews and have no problem with the guy but I have to call out the inconsistency when I see it
I don’t care what no one say She-hulk is 🔥 in my opinion
By "🔥", do you mean a burning pile of trash.
@@daporkoil1 no I mean I’m loving the series
This episode was def 10/10 👏🏼 💯
@@hankhooper1637 i have to disagree. I felt Jen’s anger at the end was warranted. Seeing this guy you put your everything into post these personal things and everyone can see…. I would’ve torn down the tv as well. People also forget she IS a hulk, and knowing hulks can go on a rampage at the drop of a pin, those police showing up was 100% in-line with the situation 👍🏼
@@hankhooper1637 you know what’s crazy the one thing that was just a bit off for me was the police arriving that soon. But as i think about it, the one thing that had a mask on was the one that was playing that video it wouldn’t surprise me if they called the police ahead of time to say she was going crazy. Tbh a lot of these episodes had things about them i really liked. I don’t think it’s as bad as some people think, but the whole one might stand with Daredevil was so classic she hulk lol she literally slept with every MCU hero in the comics lmao and their chemistry was spot on.
John's bar for comedy is extremely low
He laughed his ass off with the twerking scene so...
Why did you think the ending was horrible? I really liked the whole episode and thought that ending with the tense 4th wall breathing was a nice setup
What about the end? Because it got real at the end.
It got dramatic at the end, not real. It's still a fictional show. :) If you meant the doxxing her, it's been doing that for a while so it didn't "get" real, it's been real.
I respectfully think John is insane if he doesn't think the theme music is connecting old series, either Xmen or DD, to new stories.
Like he was so quick to say X-Men are finally in the MCU with the theme appearing in Ms Marvel but can’t accept that the DD theme in She Hulk indicates it’s the same version form the Netflix series.
nr99 He seems to have a very strong wanting of it to NOT be canon for some reason but idk why lol
He’s always thinks in these strict black and white ways that’s so frustrating lol
He could be enjoying a show for seasons and because of one trivial thing he can’t get past he’ll drop it.
She Hulk was always a show about a woman with super powers more than it was a straight comedy.
Except you're incorrect. It's a comedy. The lines of dialogue and action are written such that it's supposed to evoke laughter frequently. They're just not John's type of humour.
Regarding if this is the same Matt from Netflix here’s what the official marvel website says “While the character was teased earlier in the season, he’s finally reintroduced to audiences in Episode 8 of Marvel Studios’ She-Hulk - and he’s very much the same Matt Murdock audiences have come to know and love over the years, once again played by Charlie Cox returning to the role”
Make of that as you will.
This episode was awesome and good I love daredevil but that ending cliffhanger was like what nooo. Also Sokovia accords are repealed and she hulk went rage mode like hulk.
I find it pretty enjoyable so far, haven't really been into Marvel since phase 4 but this is really fun
Technically he was in Spider-Man. But this was so good
No, Murdock was in Spider-man, this the first time we got Daredevil
It took Charlie Cox to save this episode
"Whats he gonna do hit ther with his stick? Well he did" rofl that got me 🤣😂
Ep1 = A
Ep2 = A
Ep3 = B
Ep4 = F
Ep5 = F
Ep6 = F
Ep7 = C
Ep8 = A
Haha summed up the show perfectly
Nailed it.
@@hitmanagent871 exactly the best way to avoid she-hulk is to tell her you’re on the same side. Cause they were on the same side and Matt knew.
@@hitmanagent871 why not? He knows she thinks frog man is a douche bag and he probably knows about the dress. Jen would be interested to know that Luke is in trouble.
She-Hulk stays rent free in the haters minds. They still tune in and Marvel stays winning
They're feeding the trolls and the trolls are eating well
@@madworldproductions855 And yet, you did click on it - this is part of it. It's the ancillary revolving content around Disney+. And this absolutely does give Disney money through press.
This makes me really wish that Erin and Kris were here for this review, they would DEFINITELY have gone more in depth about the ending and how this is a crime that is heinous, disgusting and unforgivable.
Again, John needs more women on the show.
Yes!! His wife loves it, and the female host also love the show and that says a lot about what Marvel was going for in the first place.
This is the beat female centric MCU content. As a Man I get the angle they went for
Exactly. He said the ending was horrible and I was like huh? It’s probably the most personal attack she’s faced yet
Agreed
Exactly. Needed to hear kris. Cuz the ending was excellent, especially when you think back to what she was saying to Bruce about controlling it all. It’s coming back to bite her.
Absolutely love this show.
Humor is obviously subjective, I’ve found the show to be very funny but this was my favorite episode yet.
Each time he says it I still cant believe he finds that twerking scene funny lmao
Twerking is a funny move to some people.
4:52 I'm lmao he hit her with his stick alright!! This was a good episode man finally and Daredevil was fantastic Leap Frog 🐸🐸🐸 too and I love the She Hulk costume .
How the hell are they going to do a daredevil Hallway scene and NOT do it one-shot!!!!
Really, really pissed me off😂
Yeah,agree but theres always the Netflix shows hallway fights,...you can go re-watch them. I do,..
@@terryshrk oh trust me I do!
That season 3 scene is one of the best scenes in any tv shows, ever.
Man i hope they nail his series..
I can forgive it in this case as they probably didn't have the budget/time for that. But hopefully there's some good hallway shots in his own show.
This is the best episode. That is all. Agreed the first episode was good too. We need a little lawyer and comedy and some action. Jen learning how to be hero she hulk and lawyer she hulk.
This is the second best episode of She Hulk , I just don’t know why the showrunners waited until the next of last episode, to have legit court room drama and real “lawyering”. The action was great and the chemistry between She Hulk and Daredevil was pretty 👍🏾 good!!!
He also knew who she was and wasn’t trying to hurt her, she didn’t know who he was.
the fight was a JOKE. Is anyone gonna sue SheHulk for all the damage she caused?
What did she think would happen to Daredevil had she hit him with the car she threw at him?
She tried to kill Daredevil without doing her homework.
The same way THE FEMALE LAWYER OF THE YEAR got beaten by Murdock in court because she didn't properly interview her client.
Thanks for watching! 👋
@@VitaminStudios what else was daredevil gonna do tho i mean he’s still human and he got laid and fell asleep. he ain’t got extra clothes or a ride so he finna walk or call a cab in his daredevil outfit like c’mon bro that makes sense you’re jus mad
The court room scene was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. You mean the "female lawyer of the year" didn't properly interview her client and just went on his word that it was a bad product. ,🙄
@@osamabeenhadhoes5187 Why barefeet? What kind of sense did it make whatsoever?
@@stake6957 hey, they admitted they didn't know how to write courtroom dramas. Even the judge was outta line. I hope Daredevil doesn't suffer for this. This show is taking everyone down like the Titanic.

I think people who don't like the ending are sensitive to the real world inspiration for the villains.
I’ve never once thought about this show as a comedy. Was it promised to be a comedy? The show has been great so far. Throw in DD and it’s even better.
Yes She Hulk is more comedy than drama

If you thought this was a good drama or sci-fi series, you really need to watch some real sci-fi or dramas.
It made no sense at all why daredevil was holding his shoes. I get they were referencing woman holding heals but they're heals. He has boots. That literally made no sense.
It supposed to be slap stick walking out of someone's house and still wearing the same clothes from last night in this case Matt but I get what you're saying.
They are right. Take Daredevil out and this episode was what I expected this show to be and why I was looking forward to it. And they're right again, my favourite episodes were this one and the first one
Did ya see her friend jump out with the make up brush like the wolverine claws.
Def was a wolverine ref. I pointed at the screen lol
Thanks for the soft landing in explaining. They did great!!!
That's the way its done boy 🤣
I don't know I think the She - Hulk series is pretty good.
Yeah, John just hates it for no reason
I don’t know why you would look for that in a show? And the CGI is fine, you’re being overly hyperbolic. I’m not a big fan of the show, but I also don’t make up a bunch of reasons to dislike it.
@@TheWorldlycomet Well, about the example part - it's not R-rated. This means it will be watched by people (read: children) who are technically seeing it as an example of what to do in some sense. Some people will think that's a bad thing if the show doesn't set the example "they" would like.
@@MrBrock314 Well those people would be wrong to think that. Not every film or show that’s not R-rated suppose to be taken as a moral example. That’s ridiculous
The daredevil action was amazing. They really made him the man without fear. Lots of jumping and acrobatics. He also used his a variety of weapons not just the batons.
I don’t see why John say that the ending of episode 8 of she-hulk was terrible because from the previous episode josh download everything off Jen’s phone and had a whole plan which came to light this episode to make her look bad and got her blood and works obviously works for whoever is behind the website
I've heard theories that it's The Leader who's behind everything, although I thought I heard that Titania was supposed to be the main villain of the show
@@Zombub they both could be the main villains
