Actually Mettaton NEO never was weak. Player was just too OP at that point. That's what the 'battle' wanted to show. Show you how easily you can kill big bosses too

Well, he is weak in terms of def, -40000, he did have 30000 health and a huge amount of ATK
honestly undyne was no different. undying the undying was literally a walking corpse bound to turn to dust and die as soon as she kills you. but that didnt end as she hoped for because even after using her own "Determination" it wasnt enough to withstand your crazy one million damage attacks.
I just realized that Alphys made Mettaton NEO look like an anime villain because he was meant to be a human eradication machine... Man I'm dense.

there's something extra heroic about fighting when you know you have no chance.
It's called living up to your idols. Mettaton idolized Undyne, hence the overly-flashy armor, Mettaton's way of becoming "Undying"
It’s called being brave basically instead of running you fight to the death even though you have no chance mettaton knew he probably wouldn’t make it but he knew he should still try this is why he fights this is why he needs more love than he gets

He starts confident, but then slowly realizes he's not going to live but goes out fighting anyways. Or that animation someone did of the Neo Fight (Not the game-like one, the one where it's like a cartoon)
I’m not a huge huge fan of the fan base game
This is what I love about the UT fandom. They take a character design that appears for like five seconds and make a ton of fan art, animations, and potential battle scenarios and take their thirty second loop of a theme song and remix it into stuff like this. Good job man.
When they aren't... you know... they can be doing great things.

Took me 30 minutes to get past Metaton Neo....
My keyboard became unplugged and I spent that time looking for the right plug behind the jumbled mess that is the back of my computer.
Bet the music didn't get annoying at all

The MOST EPIC showdown would be this vs IKARUS' remix of power of neo.
they are very diffrent. ikarus remix is one of the first power of neo remixes and really started the trend. it's like a cake vs a cookie, but i'd rather live in a world without cake then wiyhout cookies.

Honestly, the bossfight should've just been one long ass attack animation the player has to dodge and survive through. It would make one shotting Neo feel more satisfying

Whiskerswonder Is me Mettaton Neo is basically as strong as Undyne the undying but because of our level we defeat him in one hit you'll know about this just look at his defence in game. :D
Nah, Undyne the Undying was WAY out of my league, power-wise. The reason why, in my universe, anyway, I won is because I have a 255 Defense form I can switch to every round and she does not. Took like three hours, but I beat 'em.

My expectations for neo still live on to this day, i have no doubt he'll make an appearance in hard mode (in the event Toby even makes hard mode) and still waiting for "An unlikely hero" "Power of a true NEGA" "Bonetrouble" "Despair and Nightmares" "Spear of judgement" and "Megalivania" extra points to who determines the AU these themes occur in, well my own modified AU but its still easy to guess.

This POWER of NEO does feels more like Mettaton NEO as the Underground's last hope in defeating Frisk/Chara, little bit than the IKARUS mix, tho'.

Finally! I've been scouring UA-cam for a version of The Power of "NEO" that isn't simply Battle Against a True Hero to Mettaton's bombastic instrumentals. This is the first remix I've found that provides that. I hear a lot of elements of Death By Glamor (Itself a chimera of leitmotifs) in this... and that's exactly what I expect when I think of what The Power of "NEO" would have been if Mettaton didn't go down in one shot.
Don't get me wrong... I love Battle Against a True Hero. It's probably among my top three favorite Undertale songs. But that's Undyne's theme... even if it follows a similar pattern I feel like Mettaton's should have more... well, Mettaton.
So thank you Vetrom for doing this all-too-short song a justice befitting everyone's favorite Sexy Rectangle.

It's hard to measure Neo's strength but with 30,000 hp, 90atk, 9def(-40,000 in files to trigger one hit kill in all circumstances) as opposed to Undyne's 23,000 hp, 99 atk, and 99 def it may balance out... and if Mtt can fly he could theoretically dodge attacks.
what I like about your remixes is that the actual song is only around like 40 seconds to like a minute? Anywho its a short theme, yet you make it around 4 minutes! I love it :3

В одной сцене Альфис упоминает мультивселенную, на что Меттатона сказал, что он про эту гипотезу вкурсе. Deltarune только подтвердил о существовании мультивселенной.
Голограммы он точно может делать, что он как-то показал на примере фейверков.
