    INGREDIENTS:
    For frying;
    - Aubergine - 200g
    - Potatoes - 200g
    - Green Plantain (Raw Banana) - 200g
    - Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    - Salt - ½ tsp
    For cooking;
    - Beef Liver - 350g (boil/cook)
    - Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    - Salt - ½ tsp
    - Water - 150ml

    - Oil - 3 tbsp
    - Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
    - Fenugreed Seeds - ½ tsp
    - Cinnamon - 2
    - Cloves - 2
    - Cardamom - 3
    - Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
    - Curry Leaves
    - 2 Medium Onions
    - Green Chillies - 2
    - Salt - ½ tsp
    - Ginger + Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
    - Boiled Liver
    - Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    - Pepper + Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
    - Crushed Chilli - ½ tsp
    - Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    - Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
    - 1 Small Tomato
    - Curry Powder - 1 tsp
    - Coconut Milk - 2 cups
    - Salt To Taste
    - Fried Vegetables (aubergine, potatoes, green plantain)
