Pastor, Toward beginning, you made reference to Daniel praying out loud. Later made reference to the devil not able to read our minds. Knowing that, unless I'm praying with others, or out loud for or with another, my habit is to always pray silently. My thinking being not to tell the devil(s) of my struggles, or whatnot. ...(although, no doubt they can read my micro expressions.) Is this a bad habit? Out loud I do sing praises to the Lord, or thankfulness ...but not too much as in small apartments with walls of paper. 😊 Someone checked on me once to see if I was crying...my no good voice! Ever since, I much more very quiet! As always, thank you for this study! Really appreciate you showing markings of your own Bible, too!

To cry out like Esther is a good thing. To pray silently like Hannah is a good thing. The Lord enjoys any sincere prayer.
