"Star" was written by Patrick for his wife (pianist Marnie Laird). They perform together as Brooklyn Duo.
Break of Reality performs on Luis & Clark cellos (www.luisandclar...) and with Pirastro strings (www.pirastro.com).

Dreamy. Saw this group a few years back. It was my son's ( a beginning cellist at that time), 1st concert. We got to the venue early enough to meet Patrick and Ivan before the show. They took time to sign his ticket and take a few pics with us. Great music by great people in better times and we will never forget.
I head this as a musical interlude on NPR's Morning Edition. I knew in those few seconds I had to find this piece. Just beautiful.

Beautifully done. Bravo! I'm a drummer and a big fan of cello rock. Always love seeing a drum set accompanying cellos. I'm surprised, too, to see a Tama acrylic set in this video. Acrylic sets aren't usually associated with classical instruments. Nicely done. ^_^
