Hey, Rival Sons fans : you don't have to worry about this band being underrated or not selling as many records or having as many downloads as other acts. These guys are playing the long game : this is a band whose music will still be "discovered" by lots and lots of new fans decades from now.
Good Point, I heard about these guys 5 years ago and was completely blown away! I figured well they possess that undeniable dynamic that is serious world wide Roll and Roll, why aren't they famous yet?! Ha--the long game will work just fine for this band. What is so special, besides the music, is you know that THEY know just how killer they are and how much they enjoy playing together. Just a matter of time as you said!

Townshend was a master and the entire band together was SO massive an assault on the senses! The Rival Sons bring it too-Pressure and Time people--build it up!! Absolutely. I discovered these guys literally two weeks ago - cannot believe that the best damn rock band in the bloody world for the last ten years has somehow passed me by... I'm making up for it now though!
Jay Buchanan gives his vocal performance 100% every show, balls out power with effortless energy. They've come a long way since the first time seeing them in Milwaukee 2012, not more then 50 or so people on a Thursday night, after the show we all hung out in the parking lot smoking pot and having a great conversation.
