Very inspiring video-I’m in the same boat with tons of comics ( been collecting since the 80s)-and I specialized in the Bronze Age and see all the money these books are now worth. But I’m going to be 50 in September and have been thinking about doing what you just did-I’ve got so many boxes and realize that it would be good to down size and go after a major grail-it’s not easy as I have a lot of good memories buying these books but after watching you acquire the first Wonder Woman I realize I have the ability to go after a major grail-glad I watched your video and a huge congratulations on a fantastic book

Oh man, huge congrats to you!!! I'm really curious about some of the books which you traded to obtain this. I'm really of the same wavelength as you and I feel as though my collection is starting to get out of control from my initial view. It just seems as though I'm always chasing that next big book and it's tiring and expensive. I totally understand what you mean when you are wanting 10 big blue-chip keys. My problem is I get sorta attached to my books which makes it harder for me to let go. I wonder if you could perhaps discuss that thought process in a future video?? You and I share a lot in common Alex not to have long boxes full of 100s of books that will end up being a pain for my loved one one day to sort out instead have perhalps 20-30-40 major big big books that one day will give her major comfort when the time comes. You hit the nail right it’s not about so much it’s about quality and if it’s in 5-10-15 books the better.. Well done I congratulate u on doing what I’m about to do also on a book.. Huge respect and so happy for u. That book is massive ❤️

Submariner 1 from the golden age is something I have my eye on. Detective 38, the first appearance of Robin is something I have my eyes on too.

A grail to me is an item they sought that means something to them.
Well you got grails, which could be something like ASM 300/FF 48. But Then you got HOLY grails which this book definitely is.
