I've never had botox or used anti aging skin care or facials etc. I barely wash my face lol as I work from home every day. Everyone thinks I'm in my late 20s to early 30s. And I get hot guys from early 20s hitting on me because they think im beautiful. I've done this purely with my mind since i was a child. I do plan to teach this myself but am a little lazy lol.

Yes brother, you can, for sure, I've changed my nose myself,it was bigger and broader, and you can change face too. Believe have patience, do your practices fully and nicely and also study on face massage online and learn to do. I did manifestation and massage myself
