You must first integrate the ego before you can transcend it. Name it shadowwork, Karma - whatever resonates with you. Obstacles are systems of thoughts through the mind out of a specific condition that was connected to a fight-flight or freeze-modus. I like seeing them as an echo of the mind reminding me of Karma that is yet not transformed. But also it is important to know that there are root-obstacle that you need to find. Often they are not that obvious but ordinary. Sometimes it is way deeper. With 5 times asking why do I feel this way - you can get pretty close. ;) Love to you all - beings of love.
