- Kenyan police arrived in violence-ravaged Haiti on Tuesday on a long-awaited mission to help wrest the Caribbean nation from powerful gangs. Wearing camouflage uniforms, helmets and rifles, about 200 officers descended from a Kenya Airways plane on the tarmac in the Haitian capital Port-au-Prince. More are expected Thursday.

Great job Kenya, love to see Africa playing at a global stage
Nyumbani kenya kunawaka moto while Ruto is sending police in Haiti! What an irony!
Always believe in our security system and capabilities they are well trained
Good luck
Irony ! In kenya our kids , brothers , sister have been shot by Kenya police and military but here you’re sending police to bring peace in Haiti
Good luck our soldiers 😢
All of them won't go home 😮😢
Kenya home of heroes
Proud of you guys God Bless Kenya God Bless the United States 🇺🇸 🇰🇪💪🏽
Ruto the snake sell out😢
Is this soldier or police im confused
@@Jantoma-ho6dv so called president of Kenya
@@kwalelalipimile3894 what u mean
@@Jantoma-ho6dv I am not here to educate, even so, your question is incomprehensible, is this soldier or police? What?
Thank you all involved to help our precious nation of Haiti. God Bless this noble effort.
The fact that they did not see a need to send the military tells me the gang is not seen as a majour threat.
Military vs police operates very differently in the “legal” realm. When in truth and fact they are the same . They are labeled different
@@HopSkipRun22 Not really, any military squad is trained to be mission focused usually for high risk or known high risk areas, groups, and teritoriies. While the police force is more civilian safety and law enforcement. The training also corolates with their duties.
@@HopSkipRun22 But I do agree with the legal part.
@@paulmbugua404 depends on what police unit and what training they have. For example some of the French and German ATTF police officers would smoke allot of conventional military units.
All the best solders
Meanwhile Kenyan parliament is on fire.. literally.. 😅
“Self aid, then Buddy aid” you can’t patch your mates wounds if you’re bleeding all over them.
Gone to keep peace in Haiti while we are burning back home....this government is so confusing to a level you don't really know what exact question to ask first.Anyways we pray they actually give peace and restore stability even though we don't have that back here in Kenya
Great to see you guys playing at a global level. Congrats for the maturity Africa
😭😭😭😭
American Pupet is the first to send police.
They will bring the head of BBQ
Why does the United States have to pay countries like Kenya, which have no business intervening in Haiti, something the U.S. Army could handle easily? It reflects a gap in U.S. hegemony. When President Monroe famously declared ‘America for the Americans,’ it was to deter Germany from showing major political and economic interest in Haiti. This stance once again obstructs Haiti from overcoming the curses imposed by the United States and France, aiming to prevent this significant success story of the first black republic. There seems to be jealousy and envy toward Haiti’s historic achievements.
Barbacue, as a Kenyan, please deal with these goons calling themselves Kenya Police
So idiotic of you
