You are doing a great job home schooling Jill. I wish more parents were putting in the work to educate instead of just leaving the kids on their own with printouts. And Noah, i loved your picture. It reminded me of when I go camping !! ❤🌻
Hi Jill! I love the picture Noah drew. He is so cute. Hope the move has gone well and you’re getting settled/organized. It’s been a long while so trying to catch up on your sweet family! Have a great week. Jan
Maybe bring out a bin of toys they haven’t played with in awhile rotating each week for their break time. Or you could have a sensory bin, legos (or certain things they can build each week with legos). Or maybe just an open ended activity they can do on their own like matching games, puzzles, dot to dots. Even open ended art set up they can work on during their breaks. My older kids usually step outside during quick breaks or read to self. My younger ones usually draw or play with whatever toys are out at the time.
I love children’s imaginations. His picture is so cute xx
Thank you! ☺️
Noah is adorable!! 🌻🌻🌻❤️

Thank you! I love all the kids’ drawings at this age, so much fun to see what they create.
Maybe during their break you can give them like a sensory bin or something something that’s not TV or tablet or maybe like a coloring book
It might help doing your core subjects then your morning/afternoon basket
Maybe! We’re figuring it out. Right now it’s working just to not do everything from the morning basket everyday, we rotate through it.
Love Noah’s picture 🌻❤️

Maybe if you have a small bucket or pool, you could wash it outside and then hand dry it

If they are both on breaks at the same time, you could put on a kids exercise video and when it is over the break time is done. Music would also work.
Thanks for all the good ideas! I need to get some different building toys to intrigue them!
Is Madison going to in person school?
Take care, Nina in USA. 🌻♥️
Yes, she is. She went to 8th grade this year.
