Grunt's last two lines are hilarious: "Stop firing at me, idiot!" Kasumi is like, "Have you been drinking!?" I wonder if that's supposed to be a subtle reference to the fact you can _actually drink_ in the room Kasumi resides? Or if it’s just pure coincidence? Legion, I have _never_ heard him sound more _frightened_ or _urgent_ before in my life! Surprised he doesn't say "Allied fire!" like he does in a cut dialogue sequence when you recruit Tali, or when the Geth Prime speaks to you in ME3, but Tali does.
Hearing Thane scold you for friendly fire makes me happy! I had him for almost all my missions and would never have heard these lines if not for you Emily, thanks!
Literally only ever heard 2-3 of Grunt's since he has a bad habit of running all over the place, but I didn't know there were so many voice lines. Legion's and Samara's really hurt me...
He does sound different from what I remember hearing from him! Legion sounds like he is legit _shouting._ I remember hearing him calling out in ME3, but definitely not shouting like this! It sounded like Legion put in a lot more emotion to into his voice here.
What I find interesting is how he says "blue force fire!" instead of friendly fire like the rest of the squad. Reminds us all that he really is a gamer...
@@WanderingLoner1 Legion doesn’t even say *”Allied fire!”* like he does in a cut line where you bring him to Tali’s recruit mission, or the Geth Prime on Earth in ME3. It’s a very “Geth appropriate sounding line”, but Tali herself says “Allied fire!” instead as shown here.
Honestly the only squadmates I never did friendly fire on were Tali, Legion, Thane and Miranda so I guess this clears my curiosity. Though I admit I really enjoyed hassling Jacob, he's the only one I really can't help but shoot every so often.

I do. I've found the ME1 files a bit harder to navigate through, so it takes a while to find what I'm looking for compared to ME2. Is there anything specific you'd be interested in hearing?
@@EmilyOnGames The different races' battle cries ("Mind over matter!") and grunts and squawks. Batarian, turian, salarian, asari, krogan, vorcha, human, mechs. I'm more interested in ME2 than ME1 but either would be neat.
I just checked a random file just to see how doable that would be and learned that a single ME2 enemy character has 150+ unique combat lines. So I can't promise anything soon, but I'll add that video idea to my list!

The Friendly Fire lines are the most emotion I've ever heard Samara show.
And that includes when she killed her own daughter.

What's really annoying is when Kasumi goes invisible, walks in front of you, then yells at you for shooting her.

fun fact, you can get these reactions just by charging the geth shotgun
