Real love can't be cheesy. :) It's true that very few couples could make it seem not cheesy, but K/S deeply love each other so this is just really touching. :D Teared up, especially with Spock's Amok Time grin at the end... beautiful.
Just like an old married couple gone through many things in their lives good and bad but come out the other side still very much together as I believe they don't know anything else.

From watching the show, I think it can be noticed that Spock doesn't like to really be touched and that he doesn't really touch others that much (maybe with his mother and bones being an exception) but with kirk it seems to come naturally to give a touching gesture to kirk or having kirk touch him. Or I could just be seeing things lol
