Mine did the same thing, would also stall if letting off the gas abruptly after first start. Thought it tied to battery or ground issue. Redid some wiring at the battery and rearranged wires on the battery and now it runs and shifts great again! I have a 40 and 15 secondary as well

I got a good running prairie 360 4x4 front and I’m trying to figure out what I can do with the clutching besides an economy clutch kit. Do you have any idea Epi still hasn’t gotten back to me. I want to try 28s or bigger

I would say its those shift motors some being more stronger than others after wear n tear. the more the hours on the bike the more chance the shift motor has of miss hifting

There is no adjustment. You're either have to drill a hole in the throttle body or rig. Something up to hold the throttle butterfly open a little bit
