Thank you so much for showing off your newest addition to your watch collection. First… sorry to hear about your experience with the shipping of your order. We fully understand that it must have been confusing to receive a shipping confirmation and then having to wait for a full week until the package actually left our manufacture. What a tease… . We must have created that shipping label by accident before your watch was actually ready to be dispatched - hence the delay in between that initial notification and the final delivery of your watch. That’s completely our mistake and should not have happened. The detour through Germany also doesn’t really make sense to us, but we’re glad that the watch finally found its way to you, and on your wrist (btw it's looking great on there). Also, we’re excited for your full review. Since you like Deployant clasps, you absolutely have to try one of ours as they come with our patented fine adjustment system. With this hiccup behind us, perhaps it's the perfect opportunity to plan a visit to Hawaii 🌺🌴🌊
Love the banter. Watching almost all of Teddy's videos, I never would have guessed that he's a middleman. I pictured this massive stock of watches being shipped by his own staff direct to the customer. I know that's how Marc from Long Island Watch operates.
I've never bought anything from Teddy, but I thought he had a pretty solid customer oriented reputation. In the video the case almost has a Genta'ish look to it. Look forward to your review. 🤙🏼
They were very responsive when I asked questions so I guess the customer service part was okay. The watch is very nice hopefully the review will be out soon!
yeah it was sold by teddy and shipped by formex. I feel like this might be the case with all his watches he doesn't have stock he just sells it via other brands or companies. But this is just a guess
I saw the MVMT doc when it was released a while ago I thought it was kinda funny how Teddy was trying to be hard to the MVMT guy calling him out on some stuff but the guy got the last laugh selling the company for 300 million!
@@HawaiianHorology Isn’t Teddy actually worse if he is just ‘The (actual) Middleman’ with zero stock and minimal costs? Sounds very much like an influencer too 🤔
From my understanding it was sold by teddy but fulfilled and shipped by Formex directly so it was Formex who created the label. That's what a gathered when speaking to Teddy's rep.
Why ever order a Formex from Teddy? It appears Formex sells direct and includes shipping, duty and all taxes according to their website. Teddy just had Formex drop ship it and never had the watch. I too am interested in Formex. I wonder if Long Island actually stocks the watch?

Yeah I'm not sure about the rest of his watches but it was this way for the formex
Teddy doesn’t have the capital outlay to buy and hold all his stock. He’s drop shipping.

So Teddy sold it via Formex?
Not actually his stock?

@@HawaiianHorology Not sure what the point of buying from him is then?
Why not just order from Formex site?
I believe it was sold out on the formex site I believe they must have allocated him a coule of pieces
Teddy BS now maybe?
He needs to address this after his MVMT documentary perhaps 🤔

@@HawaiianHorology Good luck to both of them, but it makes the bricks and mortar AD set up seem even more attractive perhaps 🤔
I'm not exactly sure if that is the case but it was for this watch
Your title makes it sound like Formex was shady, rather than TB….
How’s that? Teddy is selling watches he does not own and has zero control over? 😂
Teddy B needs to address this

@@HawaiianHorology Why is Teddy involved in the sale then?
@@HawaiianHorology ah, ok then!
Invicta arrived next day from Holland to U.K. via Fed Ex 😉
Amazing!
Just review the watch mate, stop complaining about shipping issues, this is not a distributor review. 👎
I just posted a review on it check out my channel
