It just shows how useless the EPL is. The PSR rules have not been thought through properly, a bit like Tory governments. When legislation is put in place ALL eventualities need to be assessed before it is on the statute book. Same applies to EPL rules.

Why would Eddie howe go to England and be on half the money he is on now and why would the FA appoint a manager who they have to pay compo out to his club when you got potch , Potter, tuchel and Jose who are all free ,available and wouldn't cost them a penny 🤔

According to some media they say eddie is open to listening to the FA. If eddie needs to talk to the FA to see if Newcastle is his priority then is he even committed to the club in the first place? I would say not. Imagine talking to another potential employer to see if you are happy where you are. If this is true and eddie wants to listen to the FA then he can absolutely do one, he needs to go forth and multiply, we only want people here who want to be here.
There will be no transfers in until a new appointment is made or until eddie says no to the FA. All plans for the season and recruitment are on hold now.

His actual words have been taken out of context but how do expect anything else from a media who back the Cartel. Club knew for months after press put question to Eddie so why would they (PIF) waste valuable time this summer and not bring in a new manager at the same time as Mitchell and be ready for new season.
