Hi everyone, just wanted to say, that Lauren has posted on her Insta a few weeks ago that she has lost her beloved Grandma, and that it came suddenly and was a shock to the whole family.

Love that! "Not everyone is allowed access to you all the time". That is exactly why I haven't gotten a cell phone yet (ever!). I don't want to be constantly reachable, or to be expected to be reachable, makes me feel really vulnerable. My trusty answering machine is my protector! Am I home, or not? No one knows! ;)

Hi, lovely, nice to have a video from you. I agree about photos, it's the one thing I regret not taking ANY pictures of me and my daughter over the last 11 years as I hate the size that I am. I'm my own worst enemy and could have lost the weight by now. I would be so much happier and more confident, I'm determined to be happier this year whether I lose weight or not. x

I started Propanolol but it didn't suit me at all so I'm now on my first week of Sertraline. Watching you gives me so much hope that things will get better. You inspire me loads. Your hair looks divine btw! 😊💕X

Hi Lauren, Can i just say that you look so happy in this video. You're eyes were twinkling and you seemed so much more up beat and jolly. It was lovely to see you back after you're little break. Regarding the photos, who care what you look like. You was happy in those photos and happy when you was telling us about them so who cares about size. Anyway have a positive and chilled week. x
So glad you’re doing well. Totally get how anxiety makes you feel. Used to suffer so bad but like you have found coping mechanisms.

Thank you for that finger gripping tip i love it. I work with dementia patients. It takes away what they are hyper focused on without magnifying their sole focus.

I had/have many of the same issues, a LOT of therapy, but only getting real better now since I'm doing Somatic Experiencing. Would really recommend that Lauren. It's a form of trauma therapy that also teaches you to regulate emotions. It made me less anxious of abbandonment, because I don't NEED someone else to sooth me or make me feel complete, finally! It's based on the lifelong work by Peter Levine, one of his audiobooks is on youtube. It sounds a bit hippy, but it's not at all

Hope your anxiety gets better and better. Your hair looks great, I just cut off 6 inches because my hair was to my hips and it was like cutting off something the thickness of a pen cause it was so broken and stringy and thin lol. Good idea to print photos, I never do

I relate to you so much. I have been on 50mg for about 6 months and it's the first time I've really looked at what's going on with me. I've been and stayed in crap relationships out of fear of being alone and needing the distraction from my own feelings. Im finally ready to change and stop selling myself short in that way. Really appreciated this video, particularly in relation to anxiety. On another note I've been married for 13 years, happily married, but friends are so important, particularly as I get older. Glad you've been able to get some r & r in. Keep taking care of yourself because indirectly it's helpful to others, like me. 👍🙏

I have those same feelings when I look at photos of myself. I’ve had two kids and my body is just not the same. I want to love the memories with my daughters, but it’s hard looking past the weight. You are not alone! Love the baby photos! Your hair always looks amazing. The cut and color look great. But you look great with long or short hair.

I missed you so much! I have panic attacks as I fall asleep. As soon as I hit that time I'm almost asleep I freak out take a deep breath and think I've stopped breathing and I'm dying. My husband has to watch me go to sleep and keep his hand on my stomach so he can prove I'm breathing. Its embarrassing. I have panic attack during the day as well but the nights are worse. I dont go anywhere alone anymore. I've had to use melatonin to try to help me just fall asleep. But I understand. I'm so glad your getting better. We all will get better. I dont think I take good care of myself and I like how you have made that a priority.

I don’t want to scaremonger about scents/perfumes-I used to be like a deflated balloon on a Sunday,the day I’d wear my fancy perfume,my nutritionalist neighbour told me I am overloaded with chemicals due to my work and the perfume tipped the balance! Hairdressing is full of chemicals.I’ve altered what I use at work and in the home and it definitely helped! Like I mentioned,it may not necessarily be the case for everyone but STINK taught me a lot. 👌🏻 I am so pleased you are finding a route to feeling calm and getting clarity. 35 is a lovely age,lots of possibilities and adventures out there-remember when you feel negative try and find something you feel you are lucky about,sometimes tricky when you just want to ‘rock in a corner’ 😃but it can help switch the mood. Irene should be proud of her hair styling,you’re looking sharp! 😉 Take care,Emma x

zoloft aka setraline has changed my life. i take it for ocd and it's absolutely a different world for me now. its been a year on it for me. i refused medication all my life lol.
