    Mango Rasam (மாங்காய் ரசம்)
    Garlic(பூண்டு) - 8 nos
    Black pepper(மிளகு) - 3 tsp
    Cumin seeds(சீரகம்) - 1 1/2 tsp
    Green chillies (பச்சை மிளகாய்) - 2 nos
    Oil (சமையல் எண்ணெய்) - 1 1/2 tsp
    Ghee(நெய்) - 1 tsp
    Mustard seeds(கடுகு) - 1 tsp
    Raw mango(மாங்காய்) - 1 nos (big)
    Toor dhal (துவரம் பருப்பு) - 50 gms
    Red chilli(மிளகாய்) - 3 nos
    Curry leaves(கறிவேப்பிலை) - 10 nos
    Turmeric powder (மஞ்சள் தூள்) - 1/4 tsp (4:00 - ½ tsp  ¼ tsp)
    Asafoetida (பெருங்காய பொடி) - 1/4 tsp (4:05 - ½ tsp  ¼ tsp)
    Salt(உப்பு) - As per taste
    Coriander leaves (கொத்தமல்லி இலைகள்) - Few
