Cut more and always have ur hands in ur chest to be ready to catch the ball or post up and also big body someone so when ever ur in a game and they get hurt or elbowed by u they'll hesitate for a lil

I’m 13 about 5’3 5’4 100 pound I want to become good so other could look up to me but can u give male any advice cause I hate when ppl say ur young don’t worry but I really want to get elite
Put in work every day, and go harder the current day than you did the previous, most importantly Become close with God and trust in Jesus
Should you start emailing coaches when your in middle school?
No In my opinion in middle you should play pick up and work on your skills everyday before high school because when high school starts that’s when the fire hits
@@saucyyychrisss5319 Couldn’t have answered better!
Is it bad that I’m in middle school watching your vids I just wanna be knowledgeable about the game
that can never be bad, keep working this is the best time
Not at all!
Am i the only one wondering how long it takes for when a college first talks to you to when they offer?
Vid coming soon!
Bro you should do a "train like a d1 player" video going over some of the conditioning exercises, also shooting conditioning. I know you touched on how hard practice was coming out of highschool but I'd really like something specific I can use to train my son he's currently going to the 11 grade with 0 offers, he missed the 10 grade season from a broke toe. we got a few more months to continue to work so I want to ramp it up, I really want this to be a breakout season for him.
Improve your fundamentals, body strength, and mechanics
Jesus Christ is love ❤😊
