This makes much sense. Can you tell how you took the decision to leave Intuit without any offers in hand. Does it matters in the Interviews that one is not currently employed?
It doesn’t matter, you can openly tell the reason. I will try to cover this in 50K live. Don’t want to make a separate video just for this (tutorials would be more helpful)

I wish everyone with internet had this level of maturity. I explained because I feel it might help someone make their choices and I hope atleast some people with the negative thinking of “you wasted company’s resources” will think about this…
Amazon RSU are doing a stock split of 20:1. Not fair IMO to compare stock price and growth with each other. Both are separate things TBH. Amazon stock price post split will come in the 100-150 $ range. :P Anyways, a nice video. Would have been awesome to welcome you at Amazon. Nevertheless! Atlassian it is :)
Hey Keerti, thanks for doing such a breakdown of multiple offers from these top notch companies. I jus had a small request can you kindly post the compensation offered by these companies on anonymous platforms such as Leetcode compensation section or Blind
I think you made the right choice to reject Google. I went from Google to Amazon and I am loving it. Google isn't nearly as prestigious as it used to be about 5-10 years ago.
Thanks for explaining everything in detail and your point of comparison based on share prices were great. Thanks for this video. Appreciate your effort. Congratulations on you offer from Atlassian and welcome to RMZ Eco World and hope to see you someday!

great video kirti, people definitely look up to you. I joined Amazon 8 months back and honestly for UA-cam related thing I have not seen any interference. I also had multiple offers but I ended up joining Amazon. The similarity between our process is I also wanted to have discussion with team manager and i came to know about work and it's a new project and they building team. I wanted to take this challenge and till now i am not regretting. I agree wlb depends on team but I got lucky and having great WLB. My manager my team helping each other in growing. Amazon is paying great, we are getting great exposure in tech stack. You will always have a mentor here who helps you to grow in your role. at the end we should enjoy our work and have the sense of something that product I am building how will it impact to end user and how can I design good system. Congratulations for the offers 👏👏
"You are wasting companies resources by applying for multiple companies" like seriously are there people who think like this..? I'm stunned. Crazy. Like Uber there are many companies who pays a big chunk only when you have the competitive offers at hand. Is this any new? Companies negotiate and we too have every right to convert multiple opportunities and negotiate too. There's nothing wrong. I'm happy you made the best decisions. Congratulations.. :)
wow what a detail explanation keerti. Now it makes more sense. But just one question is still popping - why did you leave Intuit? Make a video on that is possible from your end.
Thank you Keerti for being so honest! This really resonated with me and I am sure with most of the viewers. This is pretty similar to what all of us go through while deciding that best offer where you are happy on all fronts salary, wlb, type of work etc. Also, regarding the thing you mentioned about giving multiple interviews for higher compensation, I completely agree with you. It is not wasting company resources but knowing your actual worth and there is nothing wrong with it. Keep up the good work!

I really liked how you broke down your thought process of making the final decision - I agree that Atlassian has a lot of potential, and I also love the idea about making software for other software developers. It's great how you'll represent Atlassian as a content creator helping others. I can't believe you were able to balance this many offers at once, and have them hold / negotiate against each other. Sounds like a tough but rewarding journey - wishing you the best! ✨
