Known as the best fresh water cruising grounds in the world, Georgian Bay is located in the heart of the Great Lakes and forms part of Lake Huron. Renowned for is rugged beauty, Georgian Bay has been attracting adventurous boaters for over a century, but it's rocky shoreline and challenging navigation routes are not for the faint hearted and must be approached with the greatest care and respect. I'm happy to share our own adventures through this inspiring area with my 'Georgian Bay Boating' Playlist here: • Georgian Bay Boating

Wow the scenery there is amazing.
It most certainly is :-) Check my Epic Boat Cruise 2019 series to see lots more from this area of Georgian Bay. Looking forward to seeing all new areas of The Bay this season!!
Really nice video, liked hearing the VHF-MB discussions and view of lateral buoys.

Glad to help!!
Hurry up spring!!!!
Yes!
Beautiful scenery 💖
Yes it was :-)
Do you ever run on one engine when you are going slow? If so, do you go without power steering when you use the engine that doesn't power the steering (if that makes sense)? I presume you would want to alternate engines to keep the hours roughly the same on both. There is a guy at our marina that claims he saves on fuel doing this. I only have one engine myself, so I don't have that problem. (Awesome video, by the way)
Save fuel on the boat??!? Not sure if that's funny or not 🤣
No, I just thought about it. And it's funny 😂
Sooo. I guess that means you always run both?
You didn’t ask me, but in my experience (with a different boat) running on a single engine on a twin is very inefficient. The boat handles poorly and it doesn’t propel smoothly. Running twins on a single for my boat wouldn’t make any sense.
Agreed.
Correct.
First comment!💎💎
Yes you are!
Too bad cragnamor got sold
I did not know that. When this was filmed in summer of 2019, their docks - and I'm guessing the floors inside - were under water. Of course, we still saw idiots blasting past and sending their wake into the building :-/
@@BoatingWithBoogaboo yeah. They just posted they sold it two or three weeks ago. Not sure what the new owners are going to do with it. Love your videos I am a long time visitor of a fishing club that’s between parry sound and moon river marina.
