Honestly, as someone who doesnt post photos to social media, or take professional photos, the oneplus does what i need it to, bloat-free OS with access to customization that Apple doesnt have: apk access, I cant tell you how many times Apple bans apps and features for political reasons. Add onto that Apple's new spying tech, samsung bloatware and throttling, google overwhelming invasive programs, and im only left with oneplus as an option in my eyes, as long as it keeps its lightweight oxygen OS for western release. Maybe I need to dig deeper though?

With the iphone your face looks either orange or pink, your face has no details (5:26) and the jacket and sky have a fake blue tint (5:21). I don´t like the Pixel as a phone, but definitely wins the portrait round here: your jacket appears black, your face details are maintained and has the best colours.
I preferred the iPhone by a ways. Mind you photos are very subjective so it depends on what look you are after. the iPhone goes for the natural flavour but you can adjust with the presets if you want, say more contrast or vibrancy. I have both the Pixel and iPhone so can confirm the iPhone is better (for me) as it gives truer colours and in my job, clients do not want fake saturation. The Pixel def has the better zoom though.

How can you say the iphone has truer colours when photos are showing the opposite. iphones, for example, always give an orangish tint to people´s faces and forces the sky to look blue, even in cloudy days (gray clouds look blue). If you do have both phones, I am sure you would have seen this.
@@Desgeneratico Def wrong. Look at 2.01 and you will see the sky is bluer on the Pixel, so much so that it erodes some of the clouds compared to the iPhone. I think you have a bias against the iPhone.

Agreed. I initially saw this review on the arena and I was dumbfounded. His analysis about flat, abysmal and lacking details are relative to the One+. I also noticed these shots were not labeled while all the others were. He obviously got the Pixel and One+ portrait photos mixed up. Pixel looks more realistic. Iphone looks social media ready. Regardless your choice, those pics are miles ahead of One+'s portrait shots. That is not subjective.
Currently they r using 100% of Vivo,oppo and real me softwares...which sucks...they enhance everything... I am using 1+6 and it's amazing phone..works smooth still...but inthink 1+10 is not that good ..would go to pixel rather..who offers pure clean Android or Motorola for its QUALITY

I have both and the Pixel is very inconsistent. Just had a major photo app update and I am testing that out, but at the moment the Pixel 6 camera is a bit flakey at times and I have gone back to my Pixel 5 for photos. I am sure in a few months we will get more consistency and it will vie with the iPhone for best photography, and I assume both will be behind the S22U and P50 Pro.
The simple fact of needing to compare the OnePlus with the best phones' cameras out there, seems quite promising for OnePlus. Also, I am waiting to check a review of the international variant with OxygenOS and, of course, to give OnePlus the same amount of time that Apple and Alphabet had to adjust their camera software.

The expectations for the Pixel were extremely high as well. That's Google's fault, but it did result in Pixel's best sales ever. The more I look at the video, the more I can see promise in the Pixel. Although the iPhone is still the king, the Pixel does seem to have better dynamic range. It suffers from the ability to process the video in real time, with its lack of HDR capabilities and struggling with jitter in low light situations. I don't think the first Tensor is going to be enough, but potentially when they have a processor that is as capable as the A15 and beyond, I think it will give the iPhone a run for the money, and potentially overtake it.
Yes, first year with their new lens so a work in progress. I was hoping for a bit more improvement on the One+ 9 Pro, but just good and not raising the game. The iPhone is the best but TBH I would be happy with any of these as an average consumer.
You say pixel has more lens flare but you failed to mention iphones lens reflection, it's still an issue with iphones, pixel has also reflections but not like the iphone.

Maybe on a large screen the pixel shows a digitally zoomed in quality? Or did they fix that? Either way I'd just use the natural 4x lens for portraits on that phone
At 5:16 the Oneplus has extreme blur and oil painting effect, his cheeks look smeared out and his beard is.. gone. Exactly how Oneplus' cameras have always performed. For me the Pixel is actually the clear winner there, super sharp and realistic picture.

I'm not sure why Android phones hasn't managed it yet as it's been a few years now with much more powerful processors, yet there are still readily visible jumps and stammers

People love complaining. All phones have amazing cameras. Colours flat? That's how photographers like it. Good for editing. Hence why there's hasselblad. Love when people that know nothing about photography review phone cameras. Same thing with Sony phones
I think many people also cannot tell when something is over sharpened or how some software tuning is turning up texture or clarity sliders - they only see this as "capturing more details". If you pay around with Lightroom you can see how certain sliders closely resemble the look that some phone's photos have

The front camera is definitely lacking, but I found the pictures from the rear camera quite a bit better in most of those examples. I was very surprised actually. It's definetly sharper than the iPhone rear camera is almost every aspect. Giving the portrait mode round to the iPhone was an ABSOLUTE JOKE! The Pixel KILLED both in that respect, wtf are you looking at? This is why people laugh at PA.
Pixel 6 pro is just so much better then iphone in terms of photography not even close battle there. In terms of video they are almost identical. Overall Pixel has much complex OS and much better price. Overall EASY winner. Iphone overpriced AGAIN.

This Is a weird comparison, the pictures you say they have no detail on the pixel and have lots of detail on the one plus, has zero detail 9+ in portrait mode. Also which resolution are you still in the video app? 4K 30 or 4K 60, because that makes a big difference in nighttime video
I know for sure I'm not going blind but at 5:45 to 5:50. There is small stuttering or the stabilization is not being picked up in the iPhone but it looks like it's panning very stiff. You can see the stabilization working until it picks up the light that it starts hesitating and when he pans back it does it again. Then in 6:30 how come both the Pixel 6 Pro and the iPhone both have blurs in the tree area where the OnePlus 10 managed to get the detail, of course while still blowing out the lighting. Just saying if we really nitpick none of these phones really held up well without having a flaw every second or two. If we're going to say the Pixel 6 Pro had a jitter when walking then we should call out the jitter on the iPhone in the time stated above at 5:45.

I don't know but photos in pixel looks much more professional👌, just like it taken from dslr, natural with good colors but iphone produces eye pleasing colors especially for human skin tone and make picture colorful, for me natural colors matters 🔥

I'm not sure why u say the camera is flat in terms of color. The reason for it from what I had heard was that the phone is to give a flat profile to people who want to edit in post. I think they are better if you have a specific thought in mind and want to edit plus there are Hasseblad filters in the gallery that will adjust the color profile after it's taken. This video seems kinda biased to me and I'll give a thumbs down. Nice try thoough.
How is the shutter speed on the oneplus 10 pro? In the past i wasn't satisfied as it always seemed to be a lot slower than iPhone. Oneplus never seems to capture immediately which makes it hard to capture moving objects nicely so i'm still hesitating to buy oneplus again.
If you stamp "Hasselblad" on the phone it is only natural to have high expectations and the 10 PRO should definitely be up there with the iPhones and Samsungs and whatever are THE camera phones of 2022. If OnePlus doesn't fix that by 2023 and the OnePlus 11 it's all been a marketing trick.
If you buy it as an accessory it's ok, or because you're a fan Oneplus. If you buy it for the camera, buy iPhone, Samsung or Xiaomi. I had this phone in my hand, not so good camera. I know a lot of people who bought OnePlus 7,8,9 and after maximum 3 months sold them
Every android phone out rn is so underwhelming or compromises too much so im still stuck here with my OnePlus 7 Pro. Maybe i can hold out a lil longer for better phone releases but honestly ive never used or wanted an iphone but the new iphone seems to be the best If the oneplus had better cameras and an sd card slot it would be a wrap, but then again ive had horrible experiences with OnePlus on verizon and not getting messages and garbage call quality. Did you convert the color space of the oneplus camera? It records in a different colorspace than usual which makes things look more red if you share them without converting.
This comparison is an utter nonsense to justify the "no value for money" for iphone as it deserves a much lower price for what it provides. Human eye can't compare these subtle differences which these marketting people fool n trap customers with.

@Balkar singh OnePlus 11 has the best Camera in its price range almost comparable to iPhone 14 pro and Samsung S22 Ultra . The cameras for OnePlus 11 is made by Hasselblad who makes camera for satellites

You felt wrong, just look at the skin tone, color in images and in night video it missed the mark completely. How can someone see that and still say they comparable.
Pixel is amazing. I had it and the s21 ultra and pixel was way ahead in cameras and surprisingly in speakers too. The only downside perhaps that limit it's potential is the CPU that is too new and a bit under the rest, but expect that pixel 7 pro fix that in portraits and some low light conditions!

The Pixel 6 has a ridiculously slippery surface front and back, so slippery that another phone set on its top will glide down! Odd design who would want a super slippery phone? With an armor case which looks nice but requires several kilograms of force to push a bottom! Not sure whether Pixel 6 pro is the same. Returned and abstain from Google phones which obviously does pay much attention to 'small' devices.
your faulting the oneplus 10 pro quite a bit but i am struggling to notice almost everything you pointing out. anyway i am not a photo expert and not eye trained for that ,but just a newbie look for the price and widespread availability it seems pretty fine if you are not a pro photograph .
Your reviews were biased. Iphone portrait mode look unnatural. Had a pinkish colour. And Camera colour on normal mode...looked similar to other phones. Not too bad 10Pro.
Great review!! I've owned most brands out there from Nokia, LG, Sony, Samsung Pixels, OP to even Moto & Sharp. When it comes to every day "user experience" (or software) OP is second to none!! However, model after model, the cameras always seem to be the one achilles heel. Although good enough for social media standards, always behind the main players. I've just learned to carry my compact camera around (Canon g7x mark ii) for when the occasion deserves it.
He said that the Pixel got the colours wrong. I am assuming he knows what the clothes real colours are and that is why he said that the Pixel was inconsistent. I mean if you are a pro-photographer you want the true colours not Google's AI changing them as they think that is what will attract Instagram upticks!
The thing is the OnePlus 10 pro isn't in the uk just yet and because it's brand new the cameras won't be amazing to start off with , the 9 pro was terrible until a few updates then it became amazing!

Oneplus looks pretty good, expect for the front camera parts. Pixel 6 is still top for me, with all photos. iPhones seem to have a kind of stylized look most of the time to me, not very natural at all, not terrible but just not a fan of it's photos or video's looks.

People love complaining. All phones have amazing cameras. Colours flat? That's how photographers like it. Good for editing. Hence why there's hasselblad. Love when people that know nothing about photography review phone cameras. Same thing with Sony phones
I think many people also cannot tell when something is over sharpened or how some software tuning is turning up texture or clarity sliders - they only see this as "capturing more details".
If you pay around with Lightroom you can see how certain sliders closely resemble the look that some phone's photos have
I notice that the difference between Iphone and oneplus front camera is the brightness which can be lowered in oneplus right ? cuz other than that, it looks very nice
The front camera is definitely lacking, but I found the pictures from the rear camera quite a bit better in most of those examples. I was very surprised actually. It's definetly sharper than the iPhone rear camera is almost every aspect. Giving the portrait mode round to the iPhone was an ABSOLUTE JOKE! The Pixel KILLED both in that respect, wtf are you looking at? This is why people laugh at PA.

Pixel 6 pro is just so much better then iphone in terms of photography not even close battle there. In terms of video they are almost identical. Overall Pixel has much complex OS and much better price. Overall EASY winner. Iphone overpriced AGAIN.

This Is a weird comparison, the pictures you say they have no detail on the pixel and have lots of detail on the one plus, has zero detail 9+ in portrait mode. Also which resolution are you still in the video app? 4K 30 or 4K 60, because that makes a big difference in nighttime video
I know for sure I'm not going blind but at 5:45 to 5:50. There is small stuttering or the stabilization is not being picked up in the iPhone but it looks like it's panning very stiff. You can see the stabilization working until it picks up the light that it starts hesitating and when he pans back it does it again. Then in 6:30 how come both the Pixel 6 Pro and the iPhone both have blurs in the tree area where the OnePlus 10 managed to get the detail, of course while still blowing out the lighting. Just saying if we really nitpick none of these phones really held up well without having a flaw every second or two. If we're going to say the Pixel 6 Pro had a jitter when walking then we should call out the jitter on the iPhone in the time stated above at 5:45.

I don't know but photos in pixel looks much more professional👌, just like it taken from dslr, natural with good colors but iphone produces eye pleasing colors especially for human skin tone and make picture colorful, for me natural colors matters 🔥

You can't compare the one plus 10 pro camera now..the pixel was also crap when released and got better with updates. Oneplus camera will improve in a few months

I'm not sure why u say the camera is flat in terms of color. The reason for it from what I had heard was that the phone is to give a flat profile to people who want to edit in post. I think they are better if you have a specific thought in mind and want to edit plus there are Hasseblad filters in the gallery that will adjust the color profile after it's taken. This video seems kinda biased to me and I'll give a thumbs down. Nice try thoough.
How is the shutter speed on the oneplus 10 pro? In the past i wasn't satisfied as it always seemed to be a lot slower than iPhone. Oneplus never seems to capture immediately which makes it hard to capture moving objects nicely so i'm still hesitating to buy oneplus again.

Did you convert the color space of the oneplus camera? It records in a different colorspace than usual which makes things look more red if you share them without converting.
This comparison is an utter nonsense to justify the "no value for money" for iphone as it deserves a much lower price for what it provides. Human eye can't compare these subtle differences which these marketting people fool n trap customers with.

You felt wrong, just look at the skin tone, color in images and in night video it missed the mark completely. How can someone see that and still say they comparable.
Pixel is amazing. I had it and the s21 ultra and pixel was way ahead in cameras and surprisingly in speakers too.
The only downside perhaps that limit it's potential is the CPU that is too new and a bit under the rest, but expect that pixel 7 pro fix that in portraits and some low light conditions!

The Pixel 6 has a ridiculously slippery surface front and back, so slippery that another phone set on its top will glide down! Odd design who would want a super slippery phone? With an armor case which looks nice but requires several kilograms of force to push a bottom! Not sure whether Pixel 6 pro is the same. Returned and abstain from Google phones which obviously does pay much attention to 'small' devices.

your faulting the oneplus 10 pro quite a bit but i am struggling to notice almost everything you pointing out. anyway i am not a photo expert and not eye trained for that ,but just a newbie look for the price and widespread availability it seems pretty fine if you are not a pro photograph .
Your reviews were biased. Iphone portrait mode look unnatural. Had a pinkish colour. And Camera colour on normal mode...looked similar to other phones. Not too bad 10Pro.
Great review!! I've owned most brands out there from Nokia, LG, Sony, Samsung Pixels, OP to even Moto & Sharp. When it comes to every day "user experience" (or software) OP is second to none!! However, model after model, the cameras always seem to be the one achilles heel. Although good enough for social media standards, always behind the main players. I've just learned to carry my compact camera around (Canon g7x mark ii) for when the occasion deserves it.

Oneplus looks pretty good, expect for the front camera parts. Pixel 6 is still top for me, with all photos. iPhones seem to have a kind of stylized look most of the time to me, not very natural at all, not terrible but just not a fan of it's photos or video's looks.
