I did the same thing but I took it furthur and hollowed out the muffler.
How many cc is that?
Very cool video, but taking that out reduces compression, and reducing compression in an engine reduces horse power or CCs

Good beginner quad, with a few modifications it is a great one. Had a few issues nothing major just replacing electrical components or cleaning the carb. Definitely recommend if you want a new quad but don’t have thousands of dollars to spend.
Honestly, the Vitacci Pentora 250cc is the BEST Chinese quad. Can put Yamaha YFZ450 parts o. It, except the engine, mounts are different. But the quad holds up exactly how I needed. I’m hitting jumped and going over rough bumps, chain stays tight, axle stays centered, I love it
How fast do yours go? Also, can you add K&N to these, I’m wondering if I should put 1 on mine . Give it more airflow .
About 40 for the green one and 45 for the black one. You can find a pod filter for more airflow for less than $10 on eBay or Amazon.

Brandon W. No I had one but wouldn’t recommend it, said it was waterproof but after two rides it died. You can probably can find one online easily. Let me know if you get one and like it.
That's the compression baffold you pulled out. Why would you just change the front and rear sprocket

what I did to make mine faster was unscrew the throttle screw :>

to make your quad go faster you need to take out the carburetor than poor gasoline in it and put dirt in it goes about 60 mph faster works all the time super safe

It's Me, do you have nothing better to do other than to ridicule kids trying to make videos on their quads and easy mods just for fun and to try new things? It hasn’t ever damaged anything and like I said in reply to your other comment, the flange on the exhaust has a smaller diameter than the pipe so the same amount of air can only go through as before, most performance exhausts for name brand quads have the same set up as seen here with a muffler and no baffle. Go try it yourself and it doesn’t ruin the engine, we have experience with this exact set up because it’s our quad not yours and never have we had any problems. If it makes you feel better the baffle is back in there just with the mesh taken off. No need to worry not your quad that’s going to blow up. Oh wait it wouldn’t anyway? 😱

ATV Abuse had run my Polaris 325 like this for around 3 years then after buying a slip on pipe , no sights of where runs mint and in my opinion out dose make it sound better
That thing you took out prevents backfire so if its out your quad has a possibility to spit fire out and on the ground. Not safe at all but extremely fun.
Xxulte your atv will not run lean enough to spit fire, if it dose you going to drop a valve, don’t listen to this guy. In order to “spit flames” you must have very meat up somewhere in re jetting your carb or some how have advanced your timing so far advanced that it would run to begin with.... do your research bud😁

What's letting more air in the motor? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
There is absolutely no way it'll go faster unless you let more air in the engine. And you never adjusted the carb for the change in air flow. It actually slows it down! Get a GPS speedometer and it'll prove it to you. There is 100% scientifically no way that makes it go faster
We did use a gps speedometer app and not shown in the video is us removing the Airbox and putting a pod filter on, the carb came running rich so there was no need to adjust it. Thanks for your concern but we know what we’re doing, and scientifically it doesn’t make it slower if you only removed the baffle it just lets the intake match the size of the exhaust. Also the exhaust pipe has a smaller diameter at the flange than the pipe, almost half the size so if anything it’s just making it a little bit louder. Thanks for watching.
It allows air to flow out of the engine easier allowing more air to enter without having to back pressure of a low flowing muffler. So yes it increases horsepower by a little bit making it faster.
