Hi Caryl, I love your ideals. I would add several colors of fabrics, a small granny square baby blanket would be precious for a fabric flip, Also I would use brown and pink paper as much as possible while selectively adding the neutral in both the paper and fabric. You can use the roses but be careful and keep it baby. LOL. The green in the flannel is too bright and limits the use of green. TFS and have a blessed and crafty weekend. Hugs from VA
Great ideas! I have a vintage baby quilt but it doesn’t really go. It really has me stumped but I’m working on it. I’m digging through more fabric!! I know I have something perfect for it! Maybe denim??

I love how the flannel matches up perfectly and is so little girl with all the flowers. But I love the idea of the green with the pink ribbon. That color goes well, too, with the papers. ❤
I love the green, but I think it’s too mature looking for a baby book. I vote the flannel first. It’s ok that it’s busy because it is supposed to be background. If you are not keen on the flannel, my next choice would be either bling or cream. I am sure whatever you choose it is going to be awesome. Because you only do awesome! Hugs🤗❤️
