These two are savvy Business Folks. The Cosmetic Surgery supports the Life Style but the real money comes from building and flipping these houses. Congratulations for them on the sale 🍾🥂 The House is too large for anything other than a Corporation to buy it and rent it out for Events, Movies and Corporate Housing. It is very artfully and tastefully constructed as well as decorated.

Good for Terry and Heather! Any realtor would advise them to sell while they're hot on TV, because waiting until they fall from public view decreases the property's "get" price. Personally, I love her taste in decor however masculine. Everyone is accused of cheating on Bravo; the rumors aren't even worth mentioning anymore.

I'm not surprised about the split. I can't stand either of them. She is one of the least favorite of the Housewives. Every time someone says her nickname (Fancy Pants, I think), I want to retch. Terry thinks he is funny on his show, but he is just a dirty old man. He is constantly telling raunchy jokes. If he had affairs, nobody should be surprised. I think any woman who would want to be with him probably wants his money and the perks that come with fame. He isn't handsome, though he seems to think he is handsome or sexy or both. Maybe he could get plastic surgery by his business partner.
