So much wrong with this case, its very difficult to condense the information into an interview format but I think you both did very well. My heart and respect goes out to all those affected by this injustice. Kirstie you are running a great campaign and I'm sure Jason is very proud to have such a wonderful sister.

Albert Patrick from TMeye was involved as far as I can tell 👍 He was the one accused of corruption. I'm just an armchair detective, and dont want to cause any offence, but that BMW that Jason Moore arrived in was on false plates. It's still around today, real reg number B19 CPG
If I were Jason I would want to know everyone that went near the black bmw. It was impounded so there is a record of who had access to it. Then I'd check what forensics were done on the vehicle because this was a murder enquiry and by this time the police were forensically aware of the data stored on the ECU and ECM modules in the vehicle. This data would have told them things like seat occupancy, how far the vehicle last traveled and how fast, when a door opened and someone got out etc. I would want to know if this was done and the data weren't helpful to their case and got hid in a mountain of unused material. Its just a thought.
If only people were taught how the system actually works and sorry Yammy but that goes especially for you. Jason's Barrister/Solicitor play a big part in Jason's downfall. You cannot RE-present yourself, you can only present yourself. I don't know what future actions Kirsty or the Moore family are going to take but they should get at court sack their legal team and have standing rather than status. Do not petition, in legal terms this is begging, do a will and testament, same thing but you are no longer begging, it is with all signatures free will. Get Jason to write an Affidavit as an un-rebutted affidavit stands as fact. Good luck to all the Moore Family, especially Jason.

Sounds like a complete fit up to me. Poor Jason Moore is banged up because of police corruption. He's not even guilty of joint venture. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I know the lady said it’s because of the victim’s criminal family, but why not move to another part of England, to the police it looks like they’ve ran from the law not the crime family. Sounds to me like Jason knows who the killer is, but he won’t grass.
