This was so so helpful, thank you so much. After 7 years of chronic pain I'm finally approaching a diagnosis. Just got a CT scan and my Coronal center edge angle= 23 degrees, and Acetabular version (3:00)= 27 degrees anteversion. Why is it that the CEA OF MEN(38) and women(35) different?
Honestly speaking I don't know...I tried to look it up but couldn't find any reliable source...may be I'll try asking my faculty about the same but differences like these are very commonly seen in gender...that's just our body is buit
Specially women having wider pelvis for bearing the child I think will be definitely somewhere related to this when it comes to overall hip anatomy!
