Heyy In year 1 you have 13 cases which revolve around: hypertension, heart failure, kidney disease, anaemia and bowel cancer, diabetes, asthma and COPD, dermatology, depression and anxiety, the digestive system and genetics. In Year 2 there are another 12 cases where you learn about pregnancy and birth, malnutrition, stroke, spinal cord injuries, MS, Parkinson’s, dementia and anatomy of the upper and lower limbs. I might have missed some topics out but these are the key ones! X

Hi, I saw your video the other day on where to apply with a low ukcat score. I’m just wondering when do Newcastle release the partners score, because I’ve checked on their website and it just says they might change the threshold if you meet specific criteria, it doesn’t actually give a score. Also will they accept band 3 or 4. Please help!
They release it after each admissions cycle when they’ve determined the ucat cut off for that cohort :) Partners applicants do get a lower cut off! For partners: - in 2020 it was 640 - 2019 it was 637.5 - 2018 it was 655 And they accept band 3 but not band 4 ❤️
