Thank you for taking me to Malta, and for sharing all the smiling people from all the diferent language and cultures. I've found that in most situations we have for more in common than we have differences, and it's good that you show that to the world. 👍
It's great that you made it so you had to guess the country instead of the language. One the one hand this really helps you with things like filipino languages, but it also creates some fun scenarios like with the guy from Northern-Ireland or the English-speaking Maltese guy.
@@DavidZ4-gg3dm English is an official language in Malta. And in many studies is shown to be slightly more widely spoken than Maltese. It's very common if you go there, many signs are only in English. But this is also partially because Malta relies a lot on international tourism economically.
He lied, his accent is clearly Maltese and as a Maltese native I could easily pick him out from any other english accent. There are people who are not confident at speaking Maltese so they choose not to but can understand it.

Thanks for visiting us on this beautiful island 🙌🇲🇹 It was a pleasure having you visit us!

why do so many polyglots refuse to learn Hindi/Urdu but learn Latvian or Danish instead ?

How the final Maltese guy hacked the system, that was pure natural genius !
kinda sad though that he doesn't speak Maltese :(

I'm the opposite of Lingualizer: I can tell when a language isn't Armenian, but I could not guess most of the others.
as a person that tried learning latvian hearing latvian spoken like the last guy did is so satisfying

I have a tip to distinguish between Lithuanian and Latvian. If you hear a lot of -as, -ius, it's probably Lithuanian
Doesn't Lithuanian have more of the 'sh' sound? More than Latvian? At least that's the impression I have.
