  • After watching a few more videos on vapor blasters I wanted to test out a couple of new ideas. This video shows a test of a syphon feeding nozzle I am trying out to see if vapor blasters can be further simplified.
Part 2 will show the same nozzle setup in a different cabinet achieving a better result.
Further, I will post at the same time a video with a break down of how I made the gun/nozzle setup.

Check out my video on pump systems. It shows the agitation and slurry connection on the pump.
      Thanks for watching!

Does anyone know how to build a vapor blasting gun without using a lathe?

hi bro, sorry, I'm back again to ask, what type of sand and what size to remove paint, rust and crust?

Depends what you are doing if its heavy corrosion on Aluminum or steal I would use a mix of glass beads and aluminum oxide. If its light corrosion I would use glass beads at a grade between AC and AH

@@ArmouryEnterprises how do I order glass beads, I am always asked what size and type I am confused to answer because in my area it is very difficult to get the sand so I have to buy it online outside the city. What am I confused about is the size and type of glass beads that I have to order to peel the paint and clean the crust on the car's engine parts?
      can you help

Hi Budi, Every country has a different process, I am not familiar with yours.
All I can say is you need glass beads, and in a grade between AC and AH. Some companies grade by mesh size. If they do in your country, you will have to google the conversion from alphabetical grade to mesh grade.

Awesome video great ideas. I do need that windshield wiper concept. I put together a fresh water squirter using a bug spray pump it works really well. But still has problems

I did a video on the wiper system the other day. You can find it here - ua-cam.com/video/cpOFekz3gyQ/v-deo.html
Definitely worth it, the system is so much easier to use with a wiper over the fresh water spray.

@@automateanything I use 10mm on my bigger cabinets but those smaller guns I build use the small pink nozzles that the largest I had was 7mm.
