5:38 so dope how it just reverses itself. Also, how Garberus doesn't have a face until that final attack is pretty unsettling. That is the face of evil. Great design.
When the Albero is fighting Aqua and she is alone, there is a point where the Medius starts reacting and everyone notice that Hugo was "being kept" alive by the AI1 (he was presumed dead before this), Eldi noticed that the AI1 preserving a pilot was due to the influence of Albero's values, thus she takes out a gun and shoots him dead in the spot (unlike MX were something like this happen in the end, here happens pretty early). The next thing you heard from Albero is his final words inside AI1
It's a super computer that learns through observation. Originally it was to watch how an ace pilot like Albero fights and learn from it before developing more advanced tactics. It was also to use its knowledge to stimulate growth for Lasumanium to create a constantly learning and evolving machine. Eventually it was to be used with Model-X, the Garberus, however AI1 started becoming harder to control so Zapat rejected it, and Elde didn't take too kindly to that. She killed him and stole Model-X.
The woman is Elde Mitte. Zapad is a character seen during intermissions in the game. He is a gray haired man that is running the project that Elde is developing AI1 for. From what I understand, he's not the greatest guy, but is unaware of how bats*** crazy she really is. Elde wants to see AI1 evolve to its full potential, and basically kills off anyone who she thinks is holding it back from doing so. She ended up killing him for that reason.
Well, I have no clue what the effing heck is going on (other than this series of mechs is from a previous SRW game, likely as the main villains), but I can definitely say that they have some awesome attacks and general designs. It's also interesting how the woman (Zapad, I presume) goes from "stoic and slightly sinister" to "classic hammy villain" as she switches mechs before going COMPLETELY INSANE by the time she merges(?) with the last one.
So is anyone else thinking that Hugo and Aqua will upgrade to something like the Garberus in future OG games? The idea of it is pretty cool, plus I think Aqua seems to be more geared towards the Cerberus (her form's final attack is a bit more impressive than Hugo's, and vice-versa for the Garmraid)
You know, sometimes I wonder why these guys don't get nosebleeds or nauseous from traveling at such high speeds in their mechs. And since Albero's been a pilot probly his whole life, he's used to all the G-Force. Eldi, however, should've threw up by now. Just a thought, lol.
IIRC, it's actually "Lasunamium", not "Rastamanium", but then translations are always tricky. Everything else is correct though. Oh, MX, you're so awesome. How many SRW games can truly lay claim to the OG antagonist being but one mech?
Could Lasumanium original come from the Einst due to the events happen in OG Gaiden? Even though i play SRW MX before yet i still can't believe a super computer can evolve this far...... Elde Mitte gone too far to let her "child" go......
well in MX it evolved into this state due to Ai1 absorbing Lilith(Evangelion) and Rahxephon's energy dunno in OG but the Einst and Alles Geist took part in its evolution
it originally had a third monster form in SRW MX before being replaced with Garberus (the third suit in the video) and that original third form evolved into the massive blob core AI1

メディウス格好良さは異常
第二次OGだと、隊長がすげぇ小物感半端ない

It's actually the same mech, Medius Locus, evolving because MECHA SCIENCE.
Love the concept of this villian. Its like the SRW equivalent to a Resident Evil boss
Hasn't completed both endings yet so I didn't know that the final form of AI1 even existed until I watched this video.
メディウスは初期が1番かっこいい
アルベロの操縦テクかっこいいなあ
According to jwiki : Double Fang Knuckle, Thunderball Spin Edge, Terminus Destroyer, Garberus EXE Cannon

I've been waiting for this one... I love Medius Locus.

カーラとエルデ、偶然にもスパロボでサトシとシゲルが競演している。
他にもポケモン出演者いるけど省略
エルデはアクアに散々悪態をつく嫌な女だなって思いました。
What exactly happen to Albero? After we capture the new Tsentr units he just... disappeared. He didn't appear or mentioned anywhere afterwards.
This Witch...
第2次OG途中で止まってるんだよなぁ……
またプレイしようかな……
9:42
...End of Evangelion, is that you?
Genghis Kombat ...considering that EoE actually did sort of happen in Super Robot Wars MX, that’s a pretty hilarious comparison.
Lol the move at 3:14 - 4:11 looks like a move that 'two certain mechs have' .
*cough* Zweizergain and Granzon *cough*
hey maybe i should have asked sooner but, exactly what was AI1´s original purpose?
溫柔的餌食
I wonder why this vid is missing the Cuti-ns for Eldy and Albero during Sting Acceleration?
4:14HP1919...
That last attack's name is kinda off. It's Garberus EX-cution
Ah, I see. Thanks for the explanation.
Also, is it just me, or do female OG villains tend to end up completely bats**t insane in SRW games?
Depends on who, but in this case the female mad scientist variety.

So rastamanium isn't a metal that gets you high?
MX stands for maximum right?
I could say wumbo but that would be immature I could say darude sandstorm but that joke is a little over used so it instead stands for mudkips.
Actually, Medius X (10) (or something close to that)
Wait shit, read it wrong. It reads ケルベルス・エクスキュージョン
Which says "Cerberus Execution"
Anyone can tell me why Albero betrayed?
Despair and sadness in the face of his son's sacrifice and Hugo's impending death.
can i ask what happened to medius?
it originally had a third monster form in SRW MX before being replaced with Garberus (the third suit in the video) and that original third form evolved into the massive blob core AI1
@@_Sage967_ o know this; i'm asking what happened to the medius in universe. why switch to another unit?
What happened to the captain? In the end only the female pilot left?
@@鋼然 either she killed him, or got ai1 to absorb him; i cannot confirm this, but i'm confident it's one of the two.
