Lab Grade Reagent Ethanol alcohol 99% is same as ethanol
If we make 30ml perfume. We can use 15ml fragrance oil and 15ml others perfume solvent and fixatives.???? Because to make long lasting smell of perfume we can use much quantity of fragrance oil and little quantity of other perfume solvent and fixatives????
if you use 15 ML of oil your perfume would be intolerable.
20-30% is often more than enough.

Akr freshener can be water based , oil based or alcohol can be used. If your oil is strong enough u can cut it 50/50 with everclear. Or find a air freshener base
