Alright, so like a year ago they updated the announcements for the 1,2,3,A,B,C,D,E,F,M,N,Q,R,W since there was a new passage way between Bryant park and Times Sq. However they didn’t update the 7 line announcements even though it goes to Times Sq. My reasoning for this is that the 7 line already connects with the B,D,F,M at 5th Avenue. So it would be confusing for it to connect again at Times Sq. But since this reroute would make the 7 divert after Times Sq, it would not have the chance to connect with the B,D,F,M at 5th Avenue. So I added those lines to the Times Sq announcement. Did I overthink this? Probably.
