- Ghost non lethal walkthrough of Dishonored. This video contains spoiler.
This walkthrough will get you Ghost, Clean Hands and Mostly Flesh and Steel achievements. Difficulty is Very Hard, graphics are at maximum and gameplay options are off.
I will try to finish most side missions, retrieve as much runes, bone charms and Sokolov paintings as possible.

THIS. This is what I absolutely LOVE about Dishonored. You can just sit back for a while and enjoy the ambiance. You can mingle in with the party. Yes the game is rife with awesome gameplay and numerous ways to nick out your target, and I love the game for that. But this is just awesome. I loved this mission because you can just soak the party in at your leisure. Bravo Arkane. You made one heck of a game.
Ikr, I love how by talking to people you actually get info and it’s honestly really fun. I remember playing that mission, I talked to some of the people for too long and guards would come and ask my name. I had no idea these little actions even existed in the game, it’s incredible. I wish all games were like this, the little things really make a game pop.

One of the best level desings i've seen.
If you actually go unnoticed throughout the whole game besides the last two levels. No one will comment about your mask being part of the wanted posters. They’ll just say it’s cool and bugger off

I remember literally spending about 3 hours on this one mission. I honestly think this is one of the best games ever made along with the Bioshock Franchise
I had a glitch where when I returned Lady Boyle to the boat I accidentaly killed her during the cutscene and I simultaneously saved her and assasinated her
Same I jumped down the little place and her body fell and died in cutscene with lord brizby in the basement
Its so hard for me to get low chaos T-T When people make me mad in this game, or just try to kill me

I really enjoyed this video , bcoz u read all the notes , diary , eavesdropped to every party members telling untold story of dunwall . I really enjoy doing these things than completing the missions in DISHONORED. I imagine what personality lydia , esma and Waverly boyles might be having looking at their bedrooms , lingerie, reading their notes. I really get submerged. I liked that u didn't talk in this video , that makes the natural sound of the game more enjoyable. Thank for such a wonderful video.

I did not know you could just make lady Boyle come to the cellar alone. I took her down to sleep in the upper floor and bend time to carry her past the people in the halls through to the cellar. It just worked. :D

Best part about Dishonored, even when it's nonlethal people are still in the crap, like one of the Boyle sisters here who will now be some weird concubine wife thing
I'm currently doing the mission hostile because the before I entered the house I guess people recognized me even though I didn't have anything equipped so I killed every guard and I killed every person I was in my path which was only a few people so how do I do the mission the hostile way.
OMG I swear that guy had told me to bring Lydia to the cellar and not waverly. How can this be possible??

i failed at the part to drug her down, so now she told the guards about me and everything just went crazy... been stuck for weeks XD
so what I did is I walked in with Blink maxed, possession at level one (thats how I got in), bend time level 2, and a bunch of tranq darts. I played through the level same as this guy, until I talked to Waverly. I took the conversation option to convince her to come up to her room for some fuq, used bend time, choked her out, refilled my mana, carried her down the stairs, used bend time again to get around any sentries (using dark vision to see their cones of view) and eventually got her down into the cellar. I then cleaned out as much gold as I could find and bounced, literally, straight back into the river and to Samuel.
Although this comment's two years old so youre probably already past this point

+truesj78 He stole Merchent's invitation in "House of pleasure" mission. You need to go to Slackjaw, take Crowley's last massage and go to Cat for safe code to Merchent. In the safe you'll find painting, rune, 2 mana potions , some coins and invitation for Boyle's party.

^ No. If u'll use invitation they'll call you "Look at that mask, sick bastard" or something.
+Rewcio no, when, and only when, you infiltrated the Art Dealer's apartment (opposite Galvani's lab) and open the safe and get the Boyle party invitation in his name (Bunting) (combination is either 138, 696 or 879), then the guards will address you as the Art Dealer aka Mr. Bunting

hey Eric, I think the target will change depending on your run. It could be Esma, Waverly or Lydia, afaik their costumes also change.
If you follow the guide, you should know which one is the target after reading their letters. Then apply the same principle as the video.

They notice me and attack me and I even restarted the level too.
Not sure if you're referring to entering or stealing the key. Make sure you have the invitation that the lady drops at 3:54.
As for stealing the key, the further away you are the less chances you get caught.
Interesting, I just assassinated her while walking around and it randomly saying " Lady Assassinated" ....... wtf

came here to see if you had to get creative with the background music. since i found out the hard way that "the golden cat" had copyrighted music, my own playthru was riddled with "srry copyrighted muted" sections. i suspect i'll have to mute mine in this mission as well, tho..
Why is it that, when I walk into party, everyone goes beserk? Weapons sheathed and no crimes committed, shouldn't my record be clear?

Pep Yep Picked up the invitation, got into the yard without a problem. Faced off with the guy in the Wolf mask, won without killing him, then entered the party with weapons sheathed. Walk in, everyone panics.
+Everyone'sFavoriteCritic It's been a long time, can't remember exactly how it works. Enter via the front door and try the wolf guy when leaving the party to avoid any confusion. Also beware, sometimes the reputation engine may think you hurt someone (jumping around, moving stuff, being near a rat when he's killed, aso.)
Pep Yep Ah, good idea - to duel afterwards. But is there any other possible reason? Everything's fine before I walk through the front door. The guards all smile and say "The Boyle's hope you have a nice time" and stuff. Its just when I walk in, everyone panics like, "YOU'RE NOT HIM, ARE YOU! I NEED ASSISTANCE! HELP ME!" and the guards shoot me down and that's that.
From what I understand, if at least ONE PERSON gets at least gets one bar of alertness, everyone suddenly is like, OH SHIZ NUT HE'S A MUDERER

Hey, thanks! I used Fraps to record the gameplay at 60 FPS, then I used VirtualDub to edit and encode the video.
I think it was the lame codec and x264.
How Did You Get The Basment Vault Key?
I don't remember which one is it, but I grab keys at 17:06, 18:32 and go back for one I missed at 20:08.
