How does one use and alcohol stove in old sailboats and power boats..Well here is my version of how to use them and fix them..I love these old stoves so easy and safe to use...

Agree completely! I LOVE alcohol stoves.
I’ve used them at 7000 feet elevation, and temperatures as cold as 9 degrees Fahrenheit

I’ve had one like that for 45 years on my Aloha 28 and still works great. Those who fear-monger on them just aren’t mechanically inclined.

Well, it's not like they teach that in highscool... Hell, they don't even teach kids how to sign their name in cursive in our schools because they don't want our kids to be able to sign their name to documents that can be used as forensic evidence if they need to challenge its legality... They need our children dumb for that and many many other things our children need to that puts them above their competition in life struggles... Dont let that happen...

Many called the pressurized alcohol stoves curtain burners and would switch them out for non pressurized stoves. I had one like yours in my Catalina and with care it worked fine.

thanks for the video, it was a great help for my 1977 Catalina 30. I was so nervous with the paper towel roll so close to the open flame. I had to skip ahead!

Thanks for the video that was a lot of great info I just bought boat that has this princess stove in it. I can’t seem to get it working so I think I just need to rebuild it do you know where I can get all the parts far as the seals and everything that I would need to rebuild it. I always did a couple of pumps before I lit mine, and I never needed to pump it while cooking.
