- I've been wanting a laptop for some time now, and I finally got one! unbox it with me~
also I've come to realize that I made the subtitles way to big so ignore that, since its my first video the future ones will probably look different.
(edit 9/30/21: I've had it since may of this year and recently it started with a problem of the touchpad not working, the entire touchpad settings and driver were missing so i sent it to samsung for repairs. hope this was a defect and not something that happens with every one of these laptops 😊)

Hi. Can you please give your impressions after using this machine for a while? Does it have any errors such as SCREEN or mic, camera? Is there any problem with its compatibility with software like office, zoom, meet, other...?
Hi! I haven’t experienced any problems with software so far, but I did have a problem where the touchpad driver was missing and as a result the touchpad didn’t work. Thankfully it was still under the warranty so I sent it to Samsung and now it works fine!

hi! we have the same laptop. can i ask if your laptop heats automatically when you start using or opening it? and aside from that... after weeks of using it, my camera and mic won't work.
Hi! No, mine doesn't heat up that much, only if i use it to play games, but that's expected since this isn't a gaming laptop and is more for everyday use. And i also had the problem that my camera and mic didn't work but i found out later it was because i had accidentally turned it off on the settings, maybe something similar has happened to you. If not I suggest getting it looked at by a professional. 😁

There's a keyboard icon on the lower right hand side where the Taskbar is. It should bring up the on screen keyboard!

hi! can i have an update with the touchpad problems? Was your laptop just a defect or does the laptop really degrade that way?
I believe it was just a defect, I sent it back to Samsung and they replaced the keyboard, I haven't had that problem since, I think it was just a driver error.
I thought samsung laptops were no longer being released...where did you find him????

i havent played genshin on it but ive played VRchat and some other games from steam, it does heat up if you play for too long. its not the best laptop for games but im not much of a gamer anyway XD

I need help if anyone knows plsss tell me. I have the same laptop and I connected my AirPods Pro to it and there was no problem but one day I was in the middle of class, music started playing so I freaked out by accident i clicked forget device. And now I can’t find / connect my AirPods to it. I found it but it won’t let me connect its saying “device you selected does not have a serial port service running” cuz I had to do some digging for me to find my airpodspro device on there. But I just don’t know how to get it to connect anymore so if anyone knows plssss hellpppp meeee
Or prolly I did it wrong so that’s why that showed up about the serial port, cuz it doesn’t make sense.
I suggest you get your AirPods looked at, since it says the device you connected doesn’t have the serial port, it means it’s an issue with the AirPods. I don’t have AirPods but I have Bluetooth earbuds and they connect fine to my laptop :) hope this helped!

it doesn't come with a pen unfortunately. only the samsung galaxy book flex comes with an s-pen, the alpha doesn't :)
