For the people who think this isn't assault because she didn't forcefully push him away or yell at him, victims often don't react in the moment out of shock and fear. A woman's natural instinct is to avoid escalation in the belief that any sort of reaction will spur an even worse attack. It's the exact reason why so many guys cluelessly think dates went well, when women are really just being polite so that they can make it home in one piece without causing a scene.

It's clear aggravated battery on video. He has 3 felony charges, the worst kind of sexual battery, plus a simple battery charge. He was barred from speaking about it at all, which means the court means to do justice without interference. If there wasn't video, he'd get off maybe, but there's a video - the optics would be bad if he got off that. He's going to jail for sure - and he'll be a sex offender for 25 years. Maybe he's going to jail for a month or two, but he's going to jail for sure.
