Thanks for the great video! I see you’re running the 45NRTH Wrathchild tires on your 2023 Norco Bigfoot VLT 1. I’ve been using 45NRTH Dillinger 27.5 x 5 studded tires on my acoustic fat bike (2022 Trek Farley 7, which I’m planning to sell) and have had a good experience with them. However, I’m considering switching to Wrathchilds for my 2025 Bigfoot VLT. I’ve read that Wrathchild tires may not hold up as well on e-fatbikes due to their more aggressive stud pattern and potential issues with stud retention and carcass durability under the higher torque of a motorized drivetrain. Dillinger tires, on the other hand, seem to handle e-bike torque better with a more durable carcass and stud design. Have you experienced any of these issues with the Wrathchilds on your Bigfoot VLT, or are they holding up well for you on climbs and descents? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
I think it's the combination of road grins, salt and brake pads. I started to transport my bike inside the vehicle and swapping to MTX break pads to minimize the break noise.
Great video -- Glad to hear you still like it since I ordered one after your first video :) You mentioned you've owned a few Norcos in the past but I see you have a Levo as you summer bike. Did you consider a Norco like the Sight VLT?

Enjoyed the vids. I'm looking at a '22 VLT 1 and your review has me wondering what the differences are between the '23 and '22 MYs. Bragg Creek looks like the place to ride all year round.
@@emtbadventures_caThanks. I'm north of you in Red Deer and just picked up my '23 a couple of days ago. What a bike! Definitely beats riding my Levo on winter trails.
I'm very interested in purchasing this bike but am not going to be able to go in and try out for sizing. I'm curious what size you are riding, how tall are you? I ride a medium Specialized Stump Jumper and Fat Boy and they are pretty much a perfect fit. Norco is steering me toward the Large in this bike. Im 5'9", 31" inseam.
I ride large, and I’m 5’10” and 32” inseam. I find the size large is perfect for me. You can go with medium if you like a playful bike. I hope it helps.
One more question :) Is your oneup bar the e bike version or normal version? I run the non ebike bar on on my giant emtb but wasn't sure if the ep8 controls would fit on it. Bike comes Wednesday!
I'm using the regular version, but I also bought the eBike version for the Fuel Exe ( coming in Feb 2023). It's still in the box. I should see if it will work with the EP8 controller and let you know.

A switch to Shimano brakes will solve the loud brakes problem. It did for me. Even Shimano’s cheap brakes. Scram brakes always make noise when wet.

It's around 57-58 lb. It's hard to weigh the bike with the home scale. You'll enjoy the bike. Congratulations.

2. EP8 motor 85nm
3. Better geo
4. 900w battery option
