This is 4D sphere, well if it's true that the 4th dimension is the time dimension so how do we 3D humans communicate in this 4D sphere? Like for eg, if i and my friend are playing hide and seek over here, i already got caught n it's my turn so how does it physically look like can we see what happened just minutes ago if that's what it means to live in time dimension???

This doesnt mean that the 3th dimension is time only that we used it as such here.
Saying the fourth dimension is time is talking about the fourth temporal dimension we are talking about the fourth spatial dimension by the way for the is what you think is five. It’s kind of the Multiverse cause it’s infinite 3-D objects that would include universes that would be slightly different so yeah in the way 40 is the Multiverse, but we’re talking spatial dimensions here so it it’s not time.
