I would never trade being a Minnesota fisherman for anything, but watching someone fish off the English coast is so amazing. Maybe someday I'll head over and try it for myself.
I think it's a combination of things, nostalgia being a large factor and loving ice fishing more than anytime of year. Don't get me wrong, I would love to visit an ocean and reel in some big monsters but only as a visitor.
@@UnseenSpirit Minnesota is like frozen for half the year so it's ice fishing lol. They have a million lakes but you couldn't pay me to live up there in a frozen tundra for half the year trying to pull a walleye or crappie out of the ice
Mr. Pullen. Brilliant channel, been watching for years, very good viewing and very good advise and such. I do notice that you remain very active, your always moving around always thinking and even all these years later still experimenting with lots of different things, rigs , hooks and baits. Which overall is just brilliant for novice sea anglers such as myself. So compliments of the season and many thanks for all you do.
I think a lot of it is I always get bored easily and end up constantly working at it to get some sort of result. Sometimes all the work pays off, sometimes it doesn't..but I still feel more active doing something in the hope it might work.
Thanks for posting. I love your photography and the sound of the surf. You took me back many years to night fishing the Sussex coast. Landed many a fish from the old Newhaven arm back in the seventies and eighties, and mackerel during the day from Seaford. I never get tired of being by real fire too. Nobody ever gazed longingly into a heat pump btw :) Just being out there at night when everyone else is sitting inside watching television is indeed brilliant.
Watched your video last night, loved it, especially from my armchair. Well done in those conditions sticking it out and thanks for all the hard work that must go into all of the videos for us to enjoy. Happy festive season
Been watching your videos for years now. Watching your videos has given me the push to save for a small boat like your one. Have seen your selling yours and if I had the money and knew what I was doing with boats I'd be first in line. Keep up the good videos
I regard Graemesvideos as a cooking video out near some water whereupon a fishing rod is brought out......absolutely love the mans wit...love his little tips too...Would you trust him to come and run the barbeque?...not a chance...but listening to him....oh yes.......and also...a bit mean with the onions too
Loved this content you keep it real. Made me giggle so much when the hot dog was held tight in your mouth when you seen your catch 😂 Can't wait till your next beach casting adventure, hope you find your hat 👍
Very nice i am in Norfolk live for fishing and shooting and had venison steaks for tea freezer full of game just love watching your videos put smile on my face you put so much effort in your videos keep going happy days
Haha..he absolutely hates it when he sees me bring out the small bottle of bbq fluid...but if you really want a fire lit ????(And I hate the cold,so I'm not hanging around )
Excellent! that took me back to the mid 70's and all night Cod Sessions at Tidemills, same sort of beach. We had a bucket with holes filled with smokeless fuel that we kept going all night, god was that great! You know your alive ... Happy new year Graeme .
Lovely video love the channel buddy been watching for years 😀 even saw you at the angling convention once but can't remember what it was called now 😀 👍 tight lines friend 👍

Evening Graeme- did you ever do a follow up shore fishing trip for the 6 Gill shark in Ireland? The original video was pretty good/ cliffhanger. Cheers.
I live 50 miles from the sea ? Depending on the tide state it might mean I have to get up 2am in the morning just to get down at low tide. No thanks,I'll continue to buy some bait and just go fishing.
Re beanie. Kiwi style tip. Put ordinary baseball type cap on first. Then put beanie on top. Not only gives warmth but the brim keeps the sun out of your eyes. No itching.
graham were you born with anti freeze instead of blood well your a tough lad ,you do fishing a great service graham and your take on angling is a credit keep them coming and tight lines and full nets,,
I could actually see myself in Buckingham Palace,or maybe Balmoral as I don't like London with all its vehicle fines and charges...Bit of Salmon fishing, some Venison sandwiches after a shoot, and I could wear some new brown cords to look the part as well.
Hi Graham (Graeme?) Have you thought of using a large cage feeder with chum in it instead of a grip lead. ? Like you have said in the past, the sea is a big pond,so maybe chumming would attract the fish.
It's been a very long time Graeme but I am back on your channel again. Missed your videos. For some reason UA-cam wasn't recommending them to me anymore. I am happy to see you are still going strong with fishing. 👍❤️

Beautiful photography Graham. It was almost painful to watch. I'm really missing South Coast and Essex beach fishing. I live in Charente, France now and I'm at least three hours from the coast. To be honest it's the only thing, apart from my family, that I miss about the UK. In the New Year I'll make a trip to the Atlantic coast and fling some bait in and have a cook up in your honour. Thank you for all the effort that you put into your videos. It's very much appreciated. All the best. 👍🏼
