I usually don't like tutorials or sew alongs, just too chatty for me on everything but the pattern. But I have to say you are just straight to the point, and I love that. No nonsense, let's get busy. I actually have this cutout and in my queue. Thank you. 😊
Awesome sew-along. I believe you’ve hit the jackpot with this one with all the details so clearly shown. Many sewers have had this pattern for ages and many picked it up lately and we’re waiting to see a complete tutorial and here it is😊😊😊. Thanks for sharing another great tutorial👏🏼👏🏽🌹🧵🪡✂️💯✅
This is a cute pattern. I really like the topstitching, especially on the front pocket. I might give this one a try. Thanks for the great tutorial. I love your channel.😊
These are fantastic! And that fabric looks scrumptious. I've had this pattern for forever too! Kept skipping over it because I thought it had a regular/contoured waistband. I'm not the best at regular waistbands. I wonder, how to you reckon the pants wear over time if you don't stitch the casing holes shut? I think that'd make it easier to swap out the elastic when it loses its stretch. I made a pair of PJ pants with this style of double elastic a long time ago. The pants are still going strong, except for the elastic. I'm procrastinating in unpicking the casing. 😆
Thanks so much! You can omit side seam gaps, and instead leave a gap in each casing row and the main waistline seam. Insert elastic through each row via the waistline, then sew the waistline shut with sewing machine. You’re right about this way being easier to eventually replace elastics. 👍

Beautiful pants with nice top stitching!
Thank you! The topstitching is really the star of this pattern ⭐️ it would be nice to use a contrast color, too 🩶 💚
I love these pants. You make it look so easy to make. Btw, I love your videos. So straightforward, easy to understand, and no unnecessary chatting.

Very cute pants. Thank you for the video
💞 😊 thank you
My daughter is a hairstylist and I think she would love these pants because of the pockets!
@@aot9644 for sure! 🥰
This is amazing 😮😮 I like them longer
🥰 they are the same length, but I opted out of the cuff ties, as I knew I’d never roll-’em. I don’t like to show the seams on the outside 😂
I always enjoyed all your sew along.
I purchased the pattern last week.
Great Timing!! Thank so much for your tutorials ❤❤️❤️🙏
Good timing for sure! 🥰
Thanks for watching - happy sewing 🪡
What type of fabrics.
The pattern says woven fabrics. Not knit for these pants.
Several people have asked and I felt that someone should look it up.
Thank you - yes, woven pattern 🥰
The pants are great! I love the fabric and the color, thank you for always link the products you use. Do you know how much fabric you used?
I used about 2 yards. I also shortened the pants by about 3 inches (I am only 5’0) and I sewed a size 10. 🥰
@ Thanks! I’m 5’ as well!
