This is really good. Thanks for sharing. Tip: You can take an empty plastic bottle and cut off the top, so it fits around the exhaust of the circular hand saw. Put it on when you want to cut and the dust is not thrown out into the room. It ends up in the bottle. It only needs to be a 0,5 ltr bottle or similar.
Make a few holes in or near end of the bottle and tape a scrotchbrite like kitchen scrubber. It will let the air pass through and act as a washable filter.

For a very similar part on another set of plans, the part supplier is Japanese and does not ship internationally. I was unable to find cost effective international shipping or a substitute. If you know anyone at the olympics...

I think at angle jig it's better to make a recess. It would allow you to use all the field of knife, not it's only side.
