the fact that camila had a little slip up, just goes to show that the girls aren't afraid to sing live. camila has a really unique voice and they are currently on tour which puts a lot of pressure on their vocal chords. you try singing like her and you'll probably get a sore throat. personally i loved the cover, and their voices just take me to another level together 😍

Camila actually had a sore throat the week they sang this. I respect her so much, just because even when she doesn't feel good she still sings, and she pulls it off too!

If u guys are talking about the note at 1:03 then she could just be a little pitchy because I heard them sing this song a lot and that could just be the note, some notes sound awkward to the ear but that isn't the wrong note for her register, she's just pitchy

This was one of the first videos that got me obsessed with lauren
This song fit their voices and the acapella-ness of it was amazing but Camila was definitely pitchy throughout. She tried to go her highest and on tour she does the same thing and it sounds really off-key and squealy. It isn't the camera or anything it is Camila so don't make excuses. Her voice worked for the rest of the song except her off key high notes which seem to happen often. Other than that they slayed.
she needs more practice, that's all. Her, Dinah and Ally are the designated "high noters" for a reason.
MrSkinnyJeanz3 I realize this which is why they slayed and Camz Dinah and Ally are great with them but she makes this mistake frequently so I hope she actually tries changing it to work even better is all.

Camila is a designated high note singer? Really? Don't you mean Normani? Camila can do crazy intricate runs all day every day with ease but let's be real high notes are not her forte and she should stay away from them bc she often goes off pitch
pixigirl999 Normani isn't a high note singer either. Ally and Dinah can hit them well. Normani is much more of the power voice and Camila can sometimes do them but not to the force of Dinah or Ally. Lauren when she wants to like in the Red cover can hit them when she practices and I think that's what Camz needs is just to practice and practice but I agree that if she keeps going off pitch she's going to have to leave them out or at least practice them/change them into power notes rather than high notes like she's trying to.
